  I wouldn't let this guy tattoo license numbers on my dog.  I've never seen anything from this shop that looks good, and I've seen a few that look like he might have been stoned while tattooing them.  
  
  The pros of this shop are that the tattoos are cheap, the equipment is sterile, and women get free breast exams with every tattoo.
