Silver Safari

I headed over to Silver Safari in the North Town Mall because I wanted to get my septum pierced. I asked the lady behind the counter a few questions about the piercing. She treated me like I was an idiot! So I stopped talking to her, and began asking the same questions to the guy who WOULD have done my piercing. He was also rude, and acted like he didn't have time to answer my questions, even though I was the only one in the store! SO I left!
I ended up going to Silver Safari in the Valley Mall after I found out that they are owned by different people. WAY better service, answered all of my questions, and everyone was very kind! I am very pleased with my experience at Silver Safari in the Valley Mall.

I got my labret pierced about a month ago here, and the customer service here was excellent! Very sanitary and all my questions were answered with complete knowledge. Unfortunately, my piercing fell out while brushing my teeth, and I went there about 3 hours after it fell out, and it had already started to heal up, so I had to get it re-pierced, which was painful the second time around, but the first time it didn't hurt. I was only charged for the jewelery the second time, not for them having to re-pierce it. they have an awesome assortment of jewelery as well as pieces of unique art for sale.
