  I'm not sure how any of the other artists are but Kris Busching at Skin Deep Tattoo is an absolute egotistical douche bag.  I attempted to contact him for a memorial rose tattoo to which I never received a reply.  Months later I contacted him again and got this response:
  
  "Yea I don't really have time draw roses for people who might want to get it .to book an appt with me its a 200 dollar deposit and 1000-1500 for all my peices .i book appts with clients who are ready and serious about getting tattooed .all tattoos are from photo reference .what u see is what u get "  
  
  I replied that I was very serious and that this tattoo had great meaning in memory of my grandmother who has been gone for 10 years now and I said most tattoo artists draw up what they are going to tattoo on a person before they do it.  So I asked if he only copies pictures rather than drawing his own work?  This was his next reply:
  
  "I don't tattoo first timers .they are always a pain in the ass .lemme know how ur rose tattoo comes out,because only people who tattoo like me are in cali sweety .good luck;)"
  
  First of all, nice spelling and grammar.  Second, wow.  Like I originally said; what an egotistical douche bag.  I will never step foot in Skin Deep or recommend it just because he's there.  I guess I'll be planning a trip to California and getting tattooed by the people who placed higher than him at the United Ink convention.

  Went there last week after a recommendation from a friend. I got a medium sized tattoo on my rib and my friend got a small wrist tattoo.  Debbie did both pieces and is truly a talented artist! I'll definitely be returning for another and would recommend Debbie and Skin Deep to anyone.

  Got two tattoos done here by owner Rob. They were not huge pieces by any means but they came out good. And Rob is super nice and makes you feel comfortable.
