I got my first piercing here a LONG time ago when I didn't really know what to look for in a shop.  The place was gross and the guy that pierced my lip took forever and didn't wear gloves at first as he was prepping my lip which I didn't think about until later.  He had his hands in my mouth and on the needle with no gloves!  He DID wear gloves when he did the actual piercing but what purpose did it serve at that point?  Years later I still drive by this place and it gives me the willies to even look at it.  The decor hasn't changed which consists of cheap, sleazy tattoo stuff and duct-taped decor.  I can imagine the decor still reflects the hygiene as it did then.
