  My wife and I went there recently.  She was not exactly sure what she wanted, but had some ideas.  She wanted to get some work done to integrate the tattoos on the back of her neck.  I did not get a great feeling from the guy.  He pointed at the books on the table and told her to pick one.  What she wanted would take a bit more than that... maybe a bit of creativity to make everything work.  After some prodding, he finally took a look.  He took a picture of her neck and told my wife that he would draw something for her.  He said to come back at the same time tomorrow.    
  
  She did.        
  No sketch.
  He was sitting on the couch watching TV.  
  
  If you want a slutty lower back tattoo, this is your place.  For any creativity whatsoever, I wouldn't even stop.
