A bit pricey, but it's worth it. I got my navel done here over a year ago. The girl that pierced me was very nice and very efficient; she kept me talking while she did the actual piercing, so before I knew it, it was done. She also took me step by step through the process of how to clean it, how long it generally takes to heal, what to watch out for, etc. They had a great selection of starter jewelry. I'd definitely recommend going here for your piercing needs :)
Review Source:Awful! My friend and I came here on a whim to get small, matching peace sign tattoos. The artist (I think he was the shop owner) was forceful and abrasive. He made sarcastic jokes at us that were more mean-spirited and insulting than anything else. He was extremely rude and I could not WAIT to get out of there. Plus, he had a swastika tattooed on his arm...enough said. Oh, and the shop is dingy and gross, and their previous tattoo work is mediocre at best. He had a hard enough time drawing up our peace signs!
Review Source:Okay, so this isn't the cleanest place in the world. It looks like Hollywood used to feel (when the men's room was downstairs). It has years of age, and probably could do with some updating.
Went in with a friend to look for some jewelry. Their prices were kind of high, but the weirdest part was the experience. The girl at the front desk said another person would be up to help her see more jewelry they had. I think this was another piercer, who took us into a piercing room and shut the door. The room was pretty dusty, the furniture really old and cramped in the room, and the lighting seemed dim and yellow in comparison to other shops I've been in.
He wouldn't really let us look at the jewelry in the box and kept telling us we couldn't touch anything when we'd ask him what stock they had... it was weird. He kept taking the jewelry out and holding it bare-handed... ew, I wouldn't want to get pierced with that later. It was the weirdest and most hands-on experience I've had in a piercing shop in a while. My friend was creeped out by how touchy this guy was to her person, while I was creeped out with how messy looking it all was.
