I had the best pier ing experience here. I was traveling for work, so I stopped in. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable about the process and jewelry. Then during the actual piercing, I received more information that made me feel more comfortable. The piercing didn't hurt and never got infected, as I followed their instructions to the 10th degree. Highly recommend!

I saw an article about Jamie and how great she is at piercing kid's ears. I had high hopes, so I took my daughter in on her 10th birthday. Getting her ears pierced was the #1 thing on her list to do for the day. When I arrived I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful info from the staff up front. I paid up front for this service and was told it would just be a few minutes. As we waited my daughter was a bit anxious because she had never had her ears pierced before. When we were finally called into the piercing room we had to endure Jamie tell the staff what was wrong with the room and her take home baggies for customers jewelry; no big deal. My daughter was apprehensive, but quiet, while Jamie explained what was going to happen. Then Jamie told my 10 yr old that it would be a F&%@*ING piece of cake. WHAT? Really? Do you talk to other people's kids with that language? My daughter made a face, and then she was asked " if she was really turning 10 today?, because she was acting like she was 3 yrs old...." I really couldn't believe that she would treat a 10 yr old in this manner on her birthday, or any day for that matter!  Needless to say I was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED in her behavior and will never recommend her to anyone EVER!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe she is even in business. If you are thinking of getting a piercing here DON'T DO IT!

Okay I love this place! I wanted a nose peircing so bad. And my mom finally said yes. So I read the review that someone wrote... And they said that they were rudabega impolite, but they are so super nice. I was so scared that they would be mean sinse I'm a little shy. But they were so nice and they explained everything to me. My nose piercing was quick and clean. I love it. They are so amazing and awsome. Please help them support their local business because they sure do deserve it.
