Do NOT go to Jason Murphy. Â I was put on a 4 month waiting list while he had 2 pictures of what i wanted. When i showed up it was nothing like what i gave him. He obviously drew it up last minute. Â Thinking he was an expert i let him put his drawing on me. Â 1 year later im paying the price of getting it removed. Id rather pay $3000 to get a $800 tattoo removed than have that gross thing on my body. Jason tattoos everyone on Red Horse and their tattoos are also sub-par. Â Jason is not an expert a color. I watched him barley color in some flowers for a friend of mine. He's so fast he does just enough to make it look like he did something. My 3 year old can color in the lines better than he can. Â I look at everyone elses work he does and I'm not impressed. He's always in a rush. Don;t even think about getting color. His lines are not complete and shaky. People only go to him because it's "the cool thing to do". I only have this 2 starts because the place was clean. Â I have lots of tattoos from other places so I'm not a new at this.Like I said, I'm getting Jason's tattoo removed from my body(at serenity tattoo removal) for $3000 because it's worth it.
Review Source:A friend of mine took me with him to get some work done by Jason Murphy. I've been going there ever since. The shop is very laid back, comfortable and clean. Jason is pleasant to be around, he's a great guy with a good sense of humor. Not to mention he's wonderful at what he does!! I've had several bad experiences here in Las Vegas, so I'm pretty picky about where I go to get new work done. I've only gotten work done from Jason, but all of the artists at Staytrue are extremely talented. If you're tired of dealing with snooty artists definitely check out Staytrue Tattoo! You won't go anywhere else again!
