Talisman Tattoos by Chow & Company

I'd give this zero stars if I could. I have a tattoo that I wanted freshened up, not covered, along with some additional work. He wouldn't even talk to me. What an ass. He could of at least consulted and given advise. I've been going to the shows and talking to several artist, and all of them have given some advise.
Maybe he does good work, but I'll never go here again. I'll take a drive to the Bay Area.

The art that comes out of this place is a cut above the rest. I went to Chow with all these crazy ideas he took them and came up with pieces that were better than i could have imagined. some really great guys
