Do not walk, RUN away from this place as FAST as you can. This place is disgusting! And the artists here are horrible. My friend and I came to this place looking to get tats (the place I normally go to was closed that day). My friend wanted pink hearts on her foot and I wanted to add to a tat behind my ear and we both wanted small ones on our wrist. First they wanted to screw us over with their prices. RIDICULOUS! Once I told them a quote I got from another tat shop, he lowered the quote he gave us.
My friend got the old guy with the glasses (i think he is the owner), and I got a younger scruffy looking biker guy (I have no clue what their names are). My friend ended up with RED hearts, not PINK! And she didnt realize it until we got home because her tat was covered with a bandage. He also started to do her wrist tat red where it was supposed to be pink. Luckily I noticed as he started to color it and informed him. But you can see the difference in the colors on her wrist. Apparently he also need stronger glasses because her color and lines are all over the place, even out of the lines!! She should have gotten her tats for FREE since it was so messed up! The guy I had did an ALRIGHT job. There is some red ink mixed in the black ink behind my ear, which doesnt look good. And also a few small and almost unnoticable problems in the tat on my wrist, but he was on his cell phone having a conversation half the time he was doing my tat!! So rude!
NOT GOOD! DO NOT GO HERE FOR TATS! Check out Chris P Toole in Vacaville, he is awesome and reasonably priced!!
Oh and did I mention how the lady who was there cleaning up kept b*tching about how other tat shops are going to put them out of business with thier competitive pricing? No, that is not whats going to put them out of business... its their crappy work.
I can't stand this place! Â Irritates the hell outta me! Â I wanted a tattoo one summer and was planning on going to TU to check out the place and to talk to an artist. Â When I arrived the place was closed during their business hours. Â I came back a few hours later and was greeted by some skater punks playing the play station in the waiting room with a pit bull. Â The only artist available was the owner of the shop. Â When I was explaining what I wanted done it didn't seem like he had an interest in doing this project. Â In fact, he nearly declined me when I told him that I had stopped by earlier when they were closed during hours. Â pff. Â At the end of it all, he did my tattoo and the ink wasn't so deep into the skin. Â The color is fading and he totally didn't bandage me up or put any kind of ointment on my tat when I was done. Â
Overall the place is clean but they guy is a jerk.
And now I gotta get another tatt as a cover up.
