  I went and got my first tattoo there with Saint and my boyfriend got his fourth with Israel. Mine was simple and short, his was intricate and required lots of creative design work, both of us walked out of Top Notch and couldn't have been happier with our artwork and the overall experience. Very welcoming, the artists make you feel comfortable, low-pressure and good vibe. We just walked in without an appointment and had a great experience.

  It is my birthday week again. And of course this means it is time to get my next ink. As an avid fan of tats, I have had work done and been with friends that had work done all over DC, in the South and even in Canada. And no artist comes close to the genius of Saint. Seriously, the man has a gift. I highly recommend him to anyone that I meet thinking of getting work done.
