The girl that greeted us was super friendly. However when I asked about my tattoo on my wrist and touching it up to soften it or make it lighter, she just suggested lasering it off. Then the tattoo artist who came up to help one of my friends was really rude and i tried suggesting we leave - I wanted her to be comfortable. Because I wanted someone to draw up a tattoo I had in mind, and he was available, he drew it for me. The drawing was great, I decided to go with it. He completely blew it out and the pigment is spreading under my skin. It looks terrible and now I'll have to spend more money to fix it. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Don't be like me and let someone who you're not comfortable with tattoo you. A good artist knows they can't tattoo too deeply or the color will spread.

I went and got two piercings by Devra today, she is awesome! She took me without an appointment and was super friendly and personable and made me feel right at home! All the nerves I had when I walked in the door disappeared as soon as she got to work.
Very professional staff, lovely location and vibe from the shop, and overall a great experience. I'll be coming back to see you soon, Devra!

DO NOT LET AN OLD GUY WITH BLUE SPIDERWEBS ON HIS FACE TATTOO YOU!

in summary:   - rude  - unprofessional  - high prices, low experienced artists
    - controlling and pressuring, not accommodating  - you work with too many different people

came here because they had the highest rating on yelp with 2 reviews, both being 5 stars. i have no idea why that was. pretty much the worst experience i've had in a tattoo shop and i've been in a few. I took my brother here on his birthday so he could get his first tattoo, the exact tattoo I have already on this inside of my bicep. It was pretty much an impulse thing but the design was no a no brainer. From the moment we started working with the "artists" there, I didn't feel like they were really friendly. First of all, I expect your tattoo "artist" to work with you from start to finish. That means they greet you, they discuss design, talk price with you, draw up your stencil, and actually tattoo you. we had a different person do every step of this process. That was such a turn off completely. The person tattooing should AT LEAST draw up your tattoo. right? At that point we should've left and went to one of the other 5 or 6 shops nearby. The guy who drew up my brothers tattoo was way over bearing on my brothers decisions and told me strait up " your tattoo was done wrong" and was just plain rude to me. I understood I wasn't getting tattooed but this was my gift for my closest family. He talked my brother into changing the color of the tattoo. When I suggested to my brother and the person tattooing, that the placement of the stencil be moved a little, bc we didn't want it to show if your arm is down and relaxed, this guy butted in again saying, " it's all about how it looks to other people when you're showing it." My brother felt so much pressure by them that he just left it bc he felt like we were being a hassle, but it shouldn't be that way. Tattoo shops should be accommodating and welcome to our ideas, not controlling. The girl who actually put the needle to his skin, Jill, was actually pretty cool and friendly but thats it. JILL YOU NEED TO GET TO A BETTER SHOP (AND DRAW YOUR OWN STENCILS)!
So thats part 1 of this long review because along with my brother, 3 of his friends also got lettering tatted with him at the same time. Let me say we lucked out with Jill. The quality of their tattoos looked like they were done in a garage or in prison. They're designs were just WHACK and and extremely flawed. DO NOT LET AN OLD GUY WITH BLUE SPIDERWEBS ON HIS FACE TATTOO YOU! His hands were so damn shaky and he really F'd up my brothers friend's wrist. The lettering was not straight at all and there was actually a spot you can see where he really went off the stencil like he sneezed or something while tattooing. It was bad and not something you would expect to receive coming out of a professional shop and cost $70 for small lettering on the wrist. complete rip off and as a matter of fact they need to give him a refund and a complete repair of his tattoo. I hope i can get some pictures soon so I can prove to the world why YOU SHOULDN'T GO TO TRADITIONAL TATTOO.
