Joe Garcia is the best tattoo artist I have ever seen.  He is very artistic and very sterile.  He is absolutely a genius at what he does.  He has a background in autobody and painting... specialized in graphix too i believe.  If you can spray graphix and details on an automobile, you are already in a "different" category from the rest.  He is the best and no one else will ever compare! you wont be disappointed!!

Joe also has a light hand in tattooing which is a plus for suckers like me who cant handle pain very well.  Joe has done my full back, right shoulder and my left collar bone.

Small, but not too small. Perfect & just enough space needed, I mean it's open 'by appointment's only' so the space is great. Hella' clean, like spotless it's impressive. Neat & organized. Hella' portfolio's put together of pieces for ideas of a tattoo interested to get. The seats in the waiting area are so sick! Haha. So 80's! Loved it.
