Bought the groupon thinking it was a good idea! I was wrong! The girls doing the mani/pedi sucked and did not know how to paint nails for the life of them! Never coming back here again!!!

They don't have a good selection of nail polish.  There are very few colors and they use an off brand.  The lady who did my pedicure added nail polish remover to the polish I selected (because it was old!)   Needless to say there were a bunch of little bubbles all throughout once it dried, looks terrible.  I got a manicure with gel nails and like many other reviewers here mine started peeling off within a day...waste of money!

It was my first visit from a Groupon purchase and I went with a friend (we had appointments). The staff was friendly, the salon clean, and has a nicer atmosphere than most nail salons. They offer water and hot tea which was nice.

If I was disappointed with anything, it was the results of the pedicure and gel manicure I received (I paid the $10 to upgrade to gel polish because it's the only way to go for a manicure if you want the polish to last). I have been to many, many nail salons over the years and this visit was one of the more disappointing visits that I can remember.

My cuticles weren't scraped or trimmed and not enough coats of nail polish had been applied to my fingernails. The gel polish chipped by the fourth day following the appointment. As for my toes, at least I can take the polish off ... and I might as well try to take the gel nail polish off too.  I am not one to say anything during the process because in my opinion, service should always be the best the salon typically offers.

As for my friend, I think her manicure and pedicure results looked better than mine so it probably depends on the nail technician. Still, I think her manicure could be improved.

I would probably go back for other services but I wouldn't recommend the nail services.  It would not be worth the regular price. They do offer an annual membership of services (to my knowledge including hair and nails) so if you are a local, it might be worth looking into especially if you visit salons often.

So why in the world would I drive 16.6 miles to get a regular mani/pedi when I can find at least 10 salons within a mile radius from my house? Groupon, of course!

My best friend and I were supposed to get our nails done here before her wedding. We spontaneously showed up (as we do at other salons) and were told that they were completely booked for the day and would need to make an appointment. We ended up going elsewhere because we had to leave town the next day.

I kept this in mind and made my appointment to redeem my mani/pedi. Service is great here. They offered water, tea or coffee before you start getting pampered. I chose coffee and they told me they had different coffee creamers as well. I thought that was a thoughtful touch. My nail technician was Megan. She is incredibly sweet yet a little shy. But once you get her talking, she is definitely a pleasure.

As awesome as Megan was, the final outcome of my nails were not even close. First off, their selection of colors are very limited. I've never seen such a small selection of colors at any salon.  But to their defense, they did have the perfect silver glitter that I was looking for. Megan did a decent job of taming my cuticles and clipping my nails to the perfect length. I wasn't too excited on the paint job, however. On my toes and my fingers, the edges looked quite jagged. I didn't really notice this until I left the salon. On top of that, the glitter polish on one nail completely came off later on that day. I was really upset because this meant that I'd have to drive another 16.6 miles to get a single nail fixed! Furthermore, I was taking a shower that night and another nail started to chip while I was shampooing my hair. Really? I know I can get a tad clumsy at times, but my nails not lasting even 12 hours is completely unacceptable.

I went back the next day to get my nail fixed. Although Megan wasn't there, another technician happily assisted me and got my one nail into tip top shape. She was very nice and patient. But lets be honest. You can have a salon full of the nicest people in the world, but if the work isn't up to par then people (such as myself) most likely won't be back. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy about driving nearly 68 miles total for a set of nails. At almost $4/gallon for gas, I probably could have gone elsewhere down the street from my house and would have spent the same money I did at Vogue (Groupon + gas) for way better quality!

I spotted this place when I went to lunch at  Bistro Pizza one day and decided to check out this fairly new salon based on some of the Yelp reviews and the Groupon offer they had going for a basic mani&pedi. Made my appointment online with the times I was available. They contacted me promptly, left a message and scheduled me a same day appointment with time I wanted.

Staff is friendly. It's a nice looking  salon, real clean, everything is sanitized.  The price list for the services offered (mani/pedi, waxing, etc) is in line for what others charge in the area. The nail color selection is pretty limited though in OPI and China Glaze.  I thought initially the nail tech did a decent job applying polish but in less than an hour later after I left  I had some nails with polish that was already coming off.  My guess application was too thick and the quick dry method did not work apparently.  Never had that problem at any other nail salons before.  I would've gone back but I really did not have time for another hour to have my nails redone. I also had brow waxing done and they did a good job with it. So I'll keep this place in mind for that, I don't know about nails though.

Went because of Groupon to get a mani-pedi.  Took a friend and just for a mani-pedi it was $60 for a full set of nails it was $55 most expensive I have ever seen and I get my nails done on a regular basis.  The people are nice but don't go there for nails way overpriced and the nails are coming off after only 2 days terrible job.

    ZERO STARS.

I purchased a Groupon for 2 mani/pedis.  It seemed like an excellent deal and now I wish I never bought it.  For my first appointment, I intended on paying the extra $10 on gel polish.  I don't think manicures are worth it unless they last.  It was inconvenient because choosing a gel color was a pain.  You had to open each bottle and take a look at the color.  I finally found one that was decent.  I had gel polish on my nails prior to this appointment and Tia used the DRILL to remove it.  I thought that was unusual but I just figured it was another alternative to soaking them off.  The gel manicure was done and the NEXT DAY CHIPPED just like what happened to other Yelpers. So I came back the next day and Tia used the drill AGAIN.  My fingers felt sore but I thought it was because I never had the drill used on me before.  Sure enough 2 days later they CHIPPED AGAIN.  At this point I decided to go to a local nail salon and just get a gel manicure from them.  They soaked off my gel polish from Vogue Salon.

With my second appointment with Vogue Salon, Megan chose the soak off method to remove my gel.  Thank God.  I didn't think I could take the drill anymore.  But as she started scraping it off, she had difficulty because I was in pain.  She then informed me that my nails were really thin.  I told her Tia used the drill on me twice.  Megan even admitted she believed it's because of the way the gel was taken off.  She asked if Tia tried soaking them initially and I told her she had gone straight for the drill. I learned that people don't typically use the drill with gel polish because it's already really close to the nail bed.  Megan tried her best to take off my polish but couldn't get it all because it hurt so much.

I never got my 2nd manicure.  The owner recommended that I just let my nails "breathe."   I was offered a free manicure when my nails got better but I refuse to go back to them.  Now I'm left with paper thin, brittle nails and polish left from my last manicure.  I don't recommend them at all.

I give 3 stars based on the service of my nail tech alone. She was super sweet! The first time I went was as a result of a groupon I purchased. When I arrived I asked about permanent makeup and I was told that the owner would talk to me about it when she was free but I was never addressed at all. As far as my nails went my toes were so so and my gel mani was decent, their selection of colors was very limited but I figured 2 mani/pedis for $55 was a good enough deal to go back. The second time I went back I found a gel color I loved unfortunately a few days later 3 nails had peeled halfway off and a few others had chipped. When I called the salon to make an appointment to come in to have it fixed I was offered an appointment 2 days later!!! For me that's unacceptable. I am a dealer and waitress so I'm the last person that should walk around with crappy nails, no one wants their food served by someone with chipped nails. Needless to say I won't be back. :( I will miss Tia though.

I discovered Vogue after buying a mani/pedi deal on Groupon. The salon is clean and the technicians seem nice, but I wasn't very satisfied with what I got, for a few reasons. (I understand that the salon is new but there were a couple epic fails that just shouldn't happen).

#1: the pedicure chair I was in was "frozen" on one setting, which was a nagging circular motion in one spot on my back.  When I mentioned the issue I was told to "just relax".  Not cool, she should have move me to a chair that worked.

#2:  Attention to detail was missed.  The pedicure on my big toes was uneven and lumpy, while the other toes were fine. Very strange

#3:  Two days after my gel manicure the polish began snagging on things at the corners, followed by it peeling. That should definitely not happen, especially with gel polish.

Now, I will say that the owner was very apologetic about the gel polish and took it off for me and left me with a credit at her salon (I didn't have the heart to mention my pedi issue though).

Based on the owner's attitude and the newness of the salon, I'll go back and give it another shot.

    I love this place!

Ok, so it all started out with the fact that I get nervous about big events, since I'm so hair and makeup challenged.  I'm honestly lucky that I can match socks.  Really.  Point me to a gym and I'm good to go.  Point me to a salon and I'll ask questions about everything.  But I digress.  I found out about this place from their Groupon and the fact that it was competitively priced, conveniently located by Big O Tires, and that they had quite a bit of open availability (I emailed them two days ago and they were able to fit me in).

After browsing their site and asking a million questions via email, I was able to figure out that they could fit me in for a mani/pedi (original reason for my trek to Henderson) with $20 charge for the french manicure on Friday, and the hair and makeup on Saturday (airbrush makeup and honestly, didn't know what kind of hairstyle cuz I'm challenged).  So, the makeup artist and hairstylist (multi-talented), Tia, basically came up with everything as a result of seeing my dress the night before.

So, I was greeted, got to relax in a massage chair, and enjoyed my mani pedi.  I'm not gonna lie, I do not normally do this sort of thing unless I'm pulling out all the stops for an event, so the manicure and pedicure was weird for me.  And yes, I ended up smudging the nails (about 4 total) on both hands before the night was over on Friday :(

We actually did the consultation via email (I showed her pics of what I wanted to accomplish) and then she showed me a few things in person.  They deduced that I pretty much was clueless and needed to help me.  So, I showed up with pics, gave all creative control to Tia, the same girl that did my mani/pedi, and she did me up--created the side do and did airbrush makeup.  And I must admit that the makeup was amazing--not too heavy, not too light...seriously, perfect.  And I liked the fact that Tia explained what exactly she was doing step-by-step.  Cuz yep, I'm a noob.  She was also kind enough to put the lash strips on for me and touch up my nails.  I kept getting compliments on everything all night.

I can't wait for my next event...cuz I'll definitely be emailing them/giving them a call.  Check out my pic with Tia for proof.

Enough of my babbling.  Go in and try them out.  They offer so many services and pretty reasonable rates, too.  Thank you, Groupon and Tia.
