This place is gross. Went to get a tattoo at this place and was greeted by a girl that seemed like she was stoned. The tattoo artist came out and I told him what I wanted, he then said he needed 40$ up front for supplies. I never heard of this before but gave him the money anyways because I really wanted to get tattooed. He left and I sat and waited...and waited...and waited for him to come back. My patience ran out and I asked the girl that worked there (who was nodding off the entire time I was waiting) for my money back. She told me that she could only give me store credit and would not be able to refund me in cash. I LOST IT! I started arguing with her until she FINALLY gave me my cash back. DONT GO HERE! It's a pretty shady place.
Review Source:Too bad for these guys and good for me that they were pretty jerky and quoted outrageous prices for simple work. Â I live blocks from here and would have been able to walk over any time with a compulsive itch to get inked. Â It would have been too easy. Â Alas, they didn't gain a resident customer, but somehow I just don't think they care.
I'm glad they were jerky. Â Gave me more of a reason to check out Deluxe Tattoo in the city since I've heard nothing but raves. Â Not only were the people at Deluxe cool as hell, but they are housed with amazing artists who price appropriately.
