Wish there was an option to give this place half a star! Took my mom here to get her nose pierced as a spur of the moment kinda thing...the tattoo artist was extremely rude. He wanted an ridiculous amount until I told him the prices I had paid for my piercings, he then lowered the price. He then pierced her nose and we went to pay, only then did he mention that he will only take cash. What!? Your sign said cards accepted...? He said he lost his wallet and needed cash, causing my mother to drive all over looking for an atm! Lame experience overall! Will not be returning ever! Super sketch piercer.

Dave was amazing with my whole piercing experience! He was lightning fast and practically no pain. I've suffered zero swelling and I'm excited to show off my new body mod! I should've done this sooner!

The people are very chill and all but really my Tattoo Artist gave me a bad tattoo after all:/ sadly but true! I trusted her because from what I have seen in her art but the lining is horrible and she scared me too. It bled so much the first day and I didn't feel save leaving like that! The place over all wasn't good!

Went in w my wife to get a small symbol tattooed on our wrists.  It was a Friday night so it was somewhat busy.  We had to make a $20 deposit and come back in an hour. We did and came back. We were assisted by a kid brice to pick the design we wanted.  Only drawback was we had to wait another 30min before we were served.  Kristen was our artist.  Humble friendly and very Helpful. After we were done,  my wife and I were satisfied.  Might come back but the prices are kind of steep.

This place is the absolute best to get your tattoo (or piercing) done at. The artists are all very good at what they do, and work well with the customer.

I've had two done here, the latest today with Jill. She was super friendly, very interested in what my tattoo stood for, and helped make my plans turn out just the way I want them.

I want to make a side note: These guys have all been doing tattoos for a very long time. Please take any suggestions they give you about your tattoo seroiusly. They know what works and what doesn't. So if you're trying to argue that you want that super tiny detailed tattoo done on your skinny wrist, they're honest enough to let you know that they aren't going to do that to you. You may think they're being rude by denying you the tattoo, but in reality that small, very detailed tattoo will become just a gloop of ink as you age. Just one example of many good advice they give.

Rant aside, I definitely recommend their services. Prices are always fair, and they give quality work for their prices. Be sure to tip your artist at the end generously for a job well done!

My tattoo came out perfectly. They offer one free touch-up if anything doesn't look right.

Now comes the hardest part: trying to sleep at night without accidentally bumping my tattoo!

Walked in to get my first tattoo and had a great experience. My artist was Jill and she was so helpful and patient. Because of this great experience with my first tattoo, I will be going back to All Hallows Ink for all of my future tattoos.

Had to do a review for a buddy of mine since he didn't have a yelp account. Everyone knows that bad things that happen to people are funny as long as it doesn't happen to you.

My friend came into All Hallows on a night where he was tipsy and decided to do something spontaneous, what better then to get a tattoo right? He asked for "No Regrets" on his ribcage in script, after the piece was finished the downside was that they spelled his tattoo wrong. Obviously they had to fix it, but then the tattoo artist proceeded to mess up again and a 2nd time managed to misspell No Regrets once more.

I feel I may speak for any person getting a tattoo that you would be furious in this situation. He then asked for it to be fixed AGAIN and his money back. To top it off with this series of unfortunate events, they replied that they couldn't do a refund. YOu can't imagine how else this ended up.

I wouldn't want anyone doing lettering on my body who was incapable of spelling words/illiterate, and I also wouldn't want that artist working at my tattoo shop if I owned one.

I already have a few tattoos and I have been shopping around for awhile. I find that some tattoo shops can be "touchy" and "Cranky". Personally I want to trust and like and get along with whom ever is tattooing me. All Hallows Ink has a very nice shop compared to most. I have been the shop for various reasons; Friends getting 13$ Friday the 13th tattoos, Spare nose ring ect, and every time they have always been friendly and awesome. The past few months I have been wanting another tattoo and I kinda of had an idea what I wanted. I got off work today and was like why not, i'll just go over here check it out and get some ideas then maybe come back after I do some more research. NEWP. I came in, told the guy (Phillip) What i was interested it and he took the small small details that I gave him on what I wanted and produced an amazing piece for me. I had a great experience here and I cannot wait to come back and get some more! Keep up the good work guys!

I went in to All Hallows at about 11Pm last week on Thursday. My best friend had previously gotten some work done by Oscar there. Her work looked really good. She got some script on her hand with color shading around it. Well, the next night she took me in to meet him and he gave me a quote to shade in some of my arm. He first quoted me 150 and then 200 because I wanted to add color. Not to mention he was hovering over me while I was writing in his tip, give me some space and be respectful. Well he's a super cool guy, but after I got my tattoo done I heard that he doesnt even do color because he's better in other areas, thats why he left his old shop. Well if he isn't good in that area and he knows he's not good, why would he agree to color in my arm piece? I have my other forearm done and the pain doesn't come close to how much pain i was in after Oscar tattooed me. I was so sore I couldn't move my arm at all, I was extremly stiff. I have plenty of tattooes all over and have never had that kind of after pain. Not to mention, he went over the lines of a tattoo I was trying to cover up, and he didn't even stay in the LINES while tattooing me. Like really, my 6 year sister knows how to color in the lines. I am soooo disspointed in this tattoo shop and I am still on a mission to find that one tattoo artist that doesnt screw shit up.

Took my son last night for ear piercing. I asked blonde chick for an opinion on my son's tattoo. She was totally rude and wouldn't be quiet about it until my son asked her to just do the job we came there for. She then told me (his mother) my son is lucky she didnt punch him, she was married to a marine. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
    Extremely unprofessional

This is the first review I've ever written on yelp and decided I'd take the time to do it so others are warned. I decided to get a friday the 13th tattoo here because they had lots of great options to choose from. I went in and picked my design and waited. My friend was with me and got a small one done by the same artist as me. This was the first tattoo I put on my arm so it was a big step for me. I have a side piece, two hip tattoos, two upper leg tattoos, and a few more, but none on my arm. I jokingly told the guy not to mess up since it was a big deal for me to finally move to my arm.
Well, he did more than mess up. The tattoo only took a few minutes and it looked great when it was done. About 8 hours after i got it done, it already started scabbing and the scabbing only got worse. It was thick and it looked seriously infected, like I had gang green growing in between the cracks in the scab. I texted my friend to see how his was and he said his was really bad too. The scab is starting to come off and what I see under it is not a good sign. Its extremely faded, gross and honestly looks like a prison tattoo.
Not only does my tattoo look terrible, but my artist was an ass. While he was doing my friends tattoo he realized he messed up the color so he told me to REACH into his bowl with my DIRTY hands and pull out a cap to put more ink into and he actually had me pour the ink into the cap as well..... can you say dirty and unprofessional!?!?! I cant even believe this. I'm pretty positive my artist was on something as well. His eyes kept getting big then small and it was a little disturbing. All I can say is that I am extremely upset and I WILL be calling them.

All Hallows Ink is definitely THE shop to go to in Downtown Fullerton. The decoration and the atmosphere of the shop itself is fantastic. The artists, and Randy (the owner), really know how to make you feel at home. They are all professionals and honest stand up guys.

Jon Jackson did an amazing tattoo for me on 3/25/2012. It was a tribute piece for a Marine friend of mine who had passed away, the typical helmet, boots, and rifle memorial. I came in with a silhouette of this, and Jon insisted we find something better. He found a good outline and it came out absolutely phenomenal. It is definitely my favorite tattoo, and hands down the most quality and detailed one I have.

Their other artists do fantastic work as well. Ken is amazing at freehand lettering and freehand tattooing in general. Capone is a fantastic all around artist (in my opinion), and Randy puts out some awesome looking stuff, he's great at realism.

As long as they keep things going the way they are, I will never go to a different tattoo shop. This place is my home.

    I've officially been Inked 3/23/2012.

I got my very first tattoo here. Randy was so patient with me and took the time to find other images of the concept and idea of what I wanted based on the pictures I came in with. [Chinese Tiger walking down right side shoulder/back].

The logic behind the intricate position and shading of what I wanted was like whoaaa.. Randy explained it to me and put me at ease..

The tattoo came out sick!! The detail, outlining and shading is perfect. 100% satisfied. Already started to think of my 2nd tattoo. & I will definitely coming back to Randy!

The Shop was very clean and hygienic with halloween graveyard type of theme.

Surprisingly I only blurted out profanity 1x when he started tattooing over my scapula. Otherwise from that it wasn't as painful as my friend described it would be.

Randy was AWESOME and made my 1st experience a fabulous one!!!!

**I sent pics of my tattoo to some friends(male & female) in CALi, AZ, MD, NV, TX, FL, & NY all of them have multiple tattoos already and said Randy's detail and quality of work was really good and it looked great.

This review is for tattoo artist Jon Jackson, he is a really talented tattoo guy.  He did a cherry blossom on my forearm that looks as good after it's healed as it did the day he did it.  I was looking for a reliable guy who does good work for a few years and I finally found him, he will get all of my business from now on!

I was referrred to an artist named Josh by a friend. At the time he was working at a Whittier shop. He gave me an estimate of $450 on a half sleeve. It was close to done on the 3rd session so I payed him the full amount. While my Tattoo healed it started to fade. It was my Tattoo I thought I just didn't treat it right. But everyone I asked said I was doing it right. It was just normal to have an allergic reaction to red.
Then His unprofessional ass bailed from that shop and went to hallows ink without consulting his clients and then I had to pay an extra 60 because I'm not a client there for using their electricity. I paid the full amount and now I have to ask him if could make appointments only Mondays (his day off) because other days are for walk ins and new clients. II asked him and the manager why it fades, they blamed it on my skin. I know now they just used cheap assink.  Then when we would have a appt. He would squeeze in the time from 10-11 when he knew there was more work to be done. Keep in mind its w half sleeve with major detail. (Sylvia ji piece) The following weeks after he would cancel appointments because personal issues with his daughter. I would ask for days off from work, drive all the way to Fullerton which is 25 minutes from my house. Then I noticed when I wouldn't have class or work Monday I'd ask for appointments for Monday and he'd have me wait till Monday the day off to give me a response. Mainly because he's taking the day off or using that time for paid artists. I could tell because I would see him talking to clients on Facebook about work.

So now I have a completely paid for Tattoo covering up my right shoulder to nearly my elbow. Unfinished/lacking detail/faded. So now I gotta find a new shop and artist to clean up this faggets Josh's mess. I would not recommend this shop or artist to anyone.

Not taking anything away from the shop. Its a clean shop with other talented artists but some of the members of the staff are extremely unprofessional and just might get sued one day.

Don't listen to these people leaving fake/bogus reviews. I've had all my work done by Randy, as has my wife, and 8-10 of my close friends. He is an amazing artist! Affordable, punctual, and overall a badass dude! Super cool! All the people in the shop are way cool, including the peircer Zack. All these people saying, "oh gosh, I overpaid for my stupid little V or tribal armband are just a bunch of noobs that don't know anything about tattoos or tattoo shops.
Next time you go to Fullerton, tell me how many people you see in the 5-10 other shops, right off Harbor. Looks like someone threw a tear-gas grenade in them... Do you wonder why? All Hallows is a legit shop, and I would recc them up and down. I've been to other shops where the other artists and helpers won't even say whaddup or even look at you, everytime I go to All Hallows, everyone greets me, shakes my hand, and even come by to check on the work while its getting done.
I mean, common, are you gonna take any advice from this Wes guy? Look at his flourescent green biker shirt???!!!
If you want quality work, go to All Hallows. Good peeps, good music, and the best art around. Don't listen to these idiots that watch too much Kat Von D and LA Ink... I've got plenty of good artists/shops in my area, but I choose to drive over an hour to be in the hands of professionals.

I'm surprised with the previous review for Johnny... I went to him a little over a month ago and he was GREAT! I brought him a picture with an outline of what I wanted, and described the detail/shading I wanted added to it... his work turned out better than I had imagined!! On top of that, he was really friendly and talkative with both myself and my friend who came with me. I am beyond happy with the work he did, and I get compliments for it all the time! Will definitely go back for my next tattoo.

Then when I got home I realized he spelled part of my tattoo WRONG! I went back and he said he could fix it but he spelled it wrong AGAIN! Thats right. HE FUCKED UP MY TATTOO TWICE! When i asked for a refund or at least a discount he said the "best I can do is give you a 100$ off your next tattoo." SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! There's a lot of tattoo parlors in fullerton area. My review is for the piercer, Alex G. I had my navel pierced by him about a year ago. I have been to several shops and different piercers and this was by far the best experience!
He was very professional, clean and walked me through every step. I had a few questions about placement and he was very knowledgeable. Afterwards, the aftercare was explained and I had a few questions about some body jewelry (I had my ear stratched at the time) and he brought out several catalogs and talked about the difference in materials and quality. If you're looking for a piercer, I would definitely recommend him!

He gets busy so make an appointment and he's always on time and ready to go...

This place is super clean and really big, there must be 15 or so stations here..

Randy is a fisherman and so am I....Its cool to talk "Fishing" while I get worked on....And have a guy do my fish tats who actually knows what the fish looks like...

A+.....Keep up the good work, see you next month.....

Don't waste your time with this place. I got a tattoo there (my first one) which every single person I've ever spoken to said I overpaid for. It was one inch by one inch and a letter "V" and they charged me $80 for it. When I told them other shops had quoted $40-$50, I was given a lecture on how "other shops don't do it right, you're paying for QUALITY and if you have a problem with THAT you can LEAVE." I wanted it then and there regardless so I paid the stupid $80. Not only that, but my nipple was showing during the entire process and no one bothered to tell me... not cool. The artist had no interest in helping me design the tatt to make it more personal, but rather suggested I choose it out of a book.

The "V" came out looking like a fucked up infinity sign. I found an amazing shop owned by one guy and his girlfriend right around the corner and a few months ago they were able to fix the V and add these gorgeous cherry blossoms all around. The shop is called In the Skin and is on Commonwealth & Basque, and I would definitely recommend it (<a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Flocal.yahoo.com%2Finfo-44103617-in-the-skin-tattoos-fullerton%3B_ylt%3DAp30.GSFNBsyQCctZBK6RWGHNcIF%3B_ylv%3D3%3Fcsz%3DFullerton%252C%2BCA&s=85be0db0545ecb78700f9df14e571e7e014ea81d24349d58912b41d050318410" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://local.yahoo.com/i…</a>).

With 17 different tattoo shops in Fullerton alone, why waste your time at a sub-par shop like All Hallow's Ink?

This isn't a review of the tattoo artists at the shop or the cleanliness of the shop; rather, of their business practices.

On Friday, July 2, I went into the shop and talked to Tina who introduced herself as the Manager.  My friend wanted a large, fairly complicated, realistic looking tattoo done and we had been referred to All Hallows by friends who had their tats done there.  Tina saw the artwork and said that Randy would be the one to do it.  I asked how much and Tina told me about a "$300 day special" if my friend would let them take pictures.  I confirmed with my friend that it was
okay and, while I was there, Tina called Randy on the phone and told him that she was making an appointment for him for July 11 at 1PM on a "$300 day special."

Tina made the appointment, I left the artwork and my contact information, paid a $50 deposit and left.

During the intervening week, we called the shop to confirm the appointment and ask if anything else was needed and, at that time, Tina confirmed the appointment and the $300 special price.

On July 11, my friend arrived at the shop for his 1:00 appointment and was told by Randy that he couldn't do the tattoo that day for $300.  Randy said that he could do it the next day for $300 or could do it that day for $600.  WHAT?  If that was the case, why wouldn't somebody, anybody, have called - YOU KNOW, like BEFORE my friend drove from Laguna Beach to Fullerton - in the intervening 8 days to say that the appointment was wrong?  Randy further explained that Tina was his "assistant" and he wasn't going to be too hard on her because she was going through some family problems.  HUH?  Okay, well, that still leaves your customer, who has already PAID you a deposit and who has driven OVER AN HOUR to get to you standing in front of you waiting for the service that YOUR SHOP agreed to provide for a particular price.

Understandably angered, my friend decided to not do the tattoo that day and to come back the next day for the "$300 special."  After thinking about it for a while and talking about it with his girlfriend, he changed his mind and told Randy that he'd like to get the tat done that day.  Randy told him that he had already called another customer and gave his timeslot away.

Since my tattoo was small and didn't need Randy's "skill," I had mine done and was quite happy with it.  My friend ended up applying the deposit that we left towards getting a smaller tattoo from a different artist that day and is happy with the tattoo, but, obviously, neither of us are happy with the experience.

Oh, and right after Randy told him that he had another customer coming in, he left and, even though we were there for almost 5 hours, Randy never returned. Obviously, there was no customer coming in, so it appears that Randy just didn't feel like doing the tattoo that day and decided, "screw the customer."

Businesses make mistakes.  People make mistakes.  But, when you're a business that makes a mistake and you have a paying customer in front of you, something better than, "Yeah, she's my helper and she screwed up," is expected.

It's disappointing because the shop is large and clean and it appears that all of the artists (including Randy) are pretty talented.

Maybe they're big enough/good enough/cocky enough that they don't care about customer service.  If that's the case, God bless the people who are so into their tattoos that they don't care.  I'm not one of those people.  Next tattoo I get will definitely be done somewhere else.

On my birthday I had been scheduled to get a tattoo done from someone at Nathans tattoo in canoga park, he canceled on me and i did a mad dash around fullerton trying to find a tattoo artist I felt i could trust.

I called all Hallows to see if they were still open, Huck (now the only artist I go to) answered the phone. He said he would be free, and for me to come in.

We were doing a large cover up, that is when you cover a previously done tattoo with a new one.

My situation was that it was my first tattoo, and I had gotten it done by a friend out of his house and you could really tell. So I was determined to find the right artist for the job.

Huck talked with me about it for at least twenty min to make sure he had everything down that i wanted in his head.

He set up, and we covered my old tattoo. I love it.

Huck is the only artist in All Hallows that uses a Neuma Machine instead of a coil machine. A Neuma is run on air pressure, instead of electricity, so it is a lot more efficiant. Also, the air pressure doesnt shake the machine as much as a coil does. Lastly, THEY HURT LESS! I'm not even lieing in the slightest. Also in my opinion the healing process is faster. Both of my tattoos done by Huck have only taken a week to heal.
Check out his work in my photos

My friends and I spontaneously ended up here a couple nights back wanting to get some piercings. All the places where I've gotten my piercings were closed, considering it was around 12 on a Sunday night.

Anyway, the piercer was extremely nice, and comforting to my two friends who had never been into a tattoo shop before and were planning on getting pierced.

He was very thorough and talked my friends through what he was doing. He made sure they knew how to take care of their piercings and gave them his card just in case they had any qs.

I think the piercings both came out to $30, which isnt too bad...

Overall good experience, would come back, but looking at the other reviews, not for a tattoo! Heh.

Heard about this place from a friend who Got their tattoo there so I wanted to check them out...
The guy, Jason, seemed cool. I asked him about how much for a tattoo and he he quoted me 120.00 on a tattoo. Never having gotten a tattoo before  I figured this was normal, I made an appointment for the next Tuesday (Yesterday)
My friend went to another tattoo shop and happened to check the price for mine, which was 65... I was kinda upset, at first I was going to ditch the All Hallows Ink but I had already put the Mandatory 40 dollars deposit in (I didn't know any better)
So I just ended up going to get my tattoo at All Hallows.

Jason, came in on his day off just to do my tattoo, then left. He seemed gentle, handed me a paper with after care and all that. Paid him and then left. I will for sure call him later asking how much retouching cost, Monkeys to Go offers free touch ups so I'm hoping mine is free. If it is, then I'll go back there but from my experience they seem on the expensive side, the Quality is good, so i hear and Jason had a really steady hand. My tattoo has one STRAIGHT line and he nailed it.  I got to watch Superbad while getting it done, lol.

but long story short, Wont get another tattoo there unless i check other prices first

Added note) My friend checked All Hallows Ink for a price on his tattoo. 600 dollars.. another place. 280....

So... Yeah.. Do your searching before coming here, but I think it was worth the extra. :)
