Love getting my nails done here Lisa is always on time and my nails always look great. I recently when in for eyeliner appointment which I must say I was a little scared but Lisa once again reassured me that I was going to be just fine other staff members took a few minutes from their  clients to come over to me and further reassure me of what to expect. All the care and time they took with me was so nice and my new eyeliner even looks better than I could have hoped for. Thank you to the entire staff at Avanti you guys rock

Don't waste your time or money.  I got groupon  and waited weeks for appointment. Finally go in and Lisa is rude and unprofessional, dropping f bomb all over-even slapped my arm at one point. Consultation was her telling me what she was going to do in spite of my protesting that I wanted a natural look. Her idea was  WAY too dark for me. Finally do eyebrows and there is no numbing or feathering offered until after it's over.  Worse, they are off-center by about 1/4 of an inch. She immediately told me it'd be another $75 for touch up. I wasn't aware at they time the were wrong because I could hardly see after all the pulling/pushing on my eyeball through this and had daughter drive us home. Then onto eyeliner. She insisted on black, I continue to protest-I've never worn black liner (I am quite blonde). She has 2 options black or bright green (I normally wear plum, grey or brown). We agree on green but tone it down with black. She does one eye (under only) then stopped and rescheduled my appt. for 2 weeks later.  I go back and she makes every excuse possible as to why we can't do the work that day. Now I'm irritated, I rescheduled as I didn't wanted her putting needles near my eyes if she didn't really want to do work. She even tells me she can reuse a needle! What??? Is that hygienic reusing a needle that's been laying around? "oh, I'm kidding." she says. Since then, I complained to groupon and got a refund so I'll have someone else clean up her mess.  I would rate zero stars if possible. Find someone else. I am looking.
