Worse place ever, had trouble finding the place then got yelled at by the owner

I should've checked Yelp before going here, as the only other review is also horrible. This is the worst salon I've ever been to -- both for nails and the facial.

The full set nails were lumpy and had little floating spheres of air in them!! It was embarrassing leaving the way they looked. $40 wasted.

The facial was also a joke. For  the extra $40, I couldn't have felt more ripped off. No steam, no massage. It felt like she put body lotion on my face. Most of the time she kept me in the room by myself, For the extractions, she dragged a metal thing over my face for 30 seconds.

I can't understand how this place stays in business. Really horrible service.

I was there to either repair my broken nails or do the full set.  They had signs out on the windows for hair & nails, but they did not have anyone for nails.  One lady who was working on someones hair said she will do my nails.  She told me to dip my fingers in this cup of pure acetone.  I told her I have sensitive skin that I can't keep my fingers in such strong chemical for too long.  She said I have no other choice, I have to.  She was taking some time with her other hair customer.  I asked her if I can take my fingers out of the chemical.  My skin on my fingers felt like they were burning and turning to white color.  It was pretty bad...  I tried to tell her that, but with an over powering attitude, she said I have to continue keeping my fingers in the chemical.  
Like there is no other way to fix my nails.   I had the same problem many times before and fixed them in different nail places.  There are different ways to take off the old gel by using tools.  
This lady did not care what happens to my skin.  She only thought about making her job easy.    The longer the nails are dipped in the chemical, easier for her to remove.   I told her three times that I have very sensitive skin.
