Black Lagoon Tattoo and Piercing

Chad is awesome and mellow and focused and a talented smart artist.  I had a really good tattoo experience at Black Lagoon.  I got exactly what I want, and he's skilled at the small details my tattoo required.  He also had good taste in music, which really helped me relax and enjoy the process.  I feel really lucky I found this shop.
