I got a tattoo here last year for my birthday by Dylan. It's cherry blossom branches from my hips up to my ribs. He knew that size and placement was a bad choice for a first tattoo, but  I was stuck to the idea. He was very helpful with getting me through the whole process and was very patient about the numerous breaks I was taking. Personally I know I have very sensitive skin and numerous allergies to certain metals and Dylan was very accommodating to my special needs which was phenomenal. The whole tattoo took about 6 hours split into 2 sessions. I was honestly surprised that he remember who I was when I was scheduling my second session months after I got the first portion done. Even after a year my tattoo looks beautiful and the color hasn't seem to fade. He did an amazing job. Even though I moved to a different state I know if I was going to get another tattoo I would be wiling to make the drive all the way back to get another one done by him.
Review Source:Now, I can't comment (yet) on the tattoo work, the flash is beautiful, and everything I've seen on my friends is well done. The shop is clean, and I think I'll get some work done here next time I'm jonesing for a new tattoo. Â Â Â
Sometimes, my body pays for my spontaneity. (More than) A few tattoos, piercings, and whatnot, I don't really plan this stuff out. Needless to say, I've been to my fair share of  tattoo/piercing parlors and Chris is the only piercer I will go to. He's thorough, is completely up to date on all the new methods of piercing and sterilization, and super friendly. When my friends say they want a new piercing, I'll always send them to him. In the past I've had my fair share of bad piercings, and Chris fixed em for me. Without judgement or snobbiness. And the pricing ain't bad either. Go check him out.
I can't comment on the tattoos, but I can say that the piercer here (Chris Holepunch) is one of the best. The shop is very clean, and everyone is always helpful. Chris is everything I want in a piercer - meticulous, very clean, knows his stuff, and goes out of his way to be great at his job. I think the prices are pretty decent - sure there are places to get piercings cheaper, but I'm sure that they're cutting corners and I'd rather pay more to know that I'm taken care of. Chris has done three microdermals for me, and they healed up great. He pierced them super quick and they barely hurt. However, he took plenty of time with placement before he even picked up a needle - which is exactly what I want. He will happily order in all sorts of jewelry if he doesn't have what you want. Also, I've stopped in just to have him look at how things were healing (they were a little red) and I didn't feel like I was wasting his time or bugging him - plus he had great advice to help the healing process along.
Review Source:The thing you notice about this place upon walking in, is the lack of massive amounts of flash on the walls. Instead, it's filled with the employee's drawings and paintings.. so I immediately saw that as a good sign. Of course, for the unoriginal or indecisive, there is a little bit of that. I was looking to get a tattoo that I had started years ago finished. I talked to the piercer, told him what I wanted, and he brought over an artist named Adam, who listened, and gave advice. I made my appointment, and a couple days later, I went in, and had my arm finished. Adam did a fantastic job, and I can't wait to go back!!
