I was reluctant to come to a shop in Ft. Lauderdale as 94% of people in this city have or have had major drug usage problems( that was a made up statistic). Turns out, this is actually the nicest shop aesthetically that I've been to. Very clean.
I had a piercing done by John White and he was so gentle. Luckily he was not coked out on special K, meth, or any other fun recreational substances.
I highly recommend this shop for piercing; I'm not sure how the artists work.
I get more compliment on my Dragonfly tattoo than I can count. Â I'm not too smart. Â I drew the idea on a piece of scrap paper, which I brought in. Â The tattoo artist took 5 - 10 minutes to talk to me about what I wanted and then went to his computer to do some research. Â He came back 30 minutes later with a really cool drawing of a dragonfly and the Chinese character for truth. Â The dragonfly is done in a Japanese brush stroke style. Â I can't say enough great things about my tattoo. Â I am actually planning on going to Bruce Bart's to have Kelly cover up my other tattoo since I got that one while young and very drunk.
In the end the only thing that I can say is that, my mom likes my dragonfly tattoo.
