I had a horrible experience. I didn't know any better though because it was my first body piercing and I didn't shop around or anything. The only reason I came here was because its the only tattoo and piercing place I had seen in my area. My piercing got infected and it took a year to heal. The guy who pierced it didn't explain to me how to properly take care of it.
Review Source:Save yourself the trouble as far as body piercing goes.
I got my lip done about two years ago and it had healing issues because I was pierced with a 16 gauge needle(1.2mm) which is ideal and given a 1mm stud. Which if you know math is not ideal, that is smaller than the hole that was made. I also paid $45 for my lip piercing where a year later I paid $30 at King of Spades. My piercer seemed totally stoned/wasted. I should have just walked out then but I wanted my piercing done and that was that. Well later that night, it hurt like a mf. Turns out the bar was too short (1/4 in.) Where as what I needed was a 3/8 because I have a thick lip. I called and asked if it was normal for my piercing to be sinking on BOTH ends because I was new to piercings. Yea no. It's not and I'm upset that they said that yes it's normal. Because it's not lmao...
Get this, I thought maybe I would get another lip piercing with them a year later thinking they shaped up. I called them at 12pm and made an appointment for a piercing at 3:30pm that same day. Well I get there and they tell me they have no jewelry.... I was pissed but left thinking about how much a waste of space they are next to the antique shop. But as I was walking to my car I catch one of the guys finishing up what looked to be a drug deal. Ridiculous, don't waste your time hit up King of Spades about a mile or two farther down Foothill. King of Spades being where I went that second time and came back with my Sister for her lip piercing and my nose piercing.
