I have searched high and low for a good piercing shop in Valparaiso and Culture Shock is it. I went in last week, found exactly what I was looking for and received good advice. Professional, clean, and nice staff.
They also individually sell "O's" for retainers. Not many shops sell them individually. I was pleasantly surprised and it saved me from buying a new retainer when I only needed an "O."
