I love Deep Six. Helpful and pleasant staff, amazing artists and a clean shop.

I've had work done by Shlak and if you're looking for something really unique and bold, he's the one to see. Great bedside manner and a surprisingly light hand.

Also, to anyone who has complaints about price, remember, you get what you pay for and the price is worth it. You want some crap on you for the rest of your life, there are a lot of hack shops around that would take your business as well.

I have been going to Deep Six for about 3 or 4 years. I strictly have used Paul Acker. He is an excellent Artist with a unique style.

We went here because we got a recommendation from a friend.  They told us that this was the best place in and around the city to go get a tattoo. So we went in July and found out that there was a 3 month wait for an appointment.  We made our appointments and we arrived on time - our artist however didn't arrive until 45 minutes after the appointment start time.  

This was my first tattoo so I had some questions, but it seemed like the artist had rolled out of bed and was still sleepy.  He wasn't very talkative and didn't do much to make me feel secure.

Next it was my husband's turn - and the artist was finally awake! He was friendly, talkative and did an amazing job on both our tattoos.

If I have any complaints they would be the lateness of the artist, the original personality issues and the price seemed to me a lot more than other places would have charged.  All that said we're very happy with the end product.
