Went to visit in an effort to scope out places for my first tattoo and while I can't speak to the quality of work, I was immediately put off by the people who work here. Overpriced based on a small piece I showed and inquired about and the staff seemed uninterested in either me or my friends' ideas...in the end it was an overall unwelcoming vibe there. I know that's not as important as the tattoo work itself, but for a former first-timer, it was a major turn off. :/
Review Source:I have several tattoos and I am in the process of completing a lower leg tattoo currently. Â Brian Charles at Sink the Ink in Doylestown, PA has done all of the work, which began two years ago. Â I have had more than 15 hours of work done with Brian.
He is creative and thoughtful, provides honest feedback about designs and ideas. Â His line work is outstanding, but most impressive is his use of color. Â He creates shades and blends pigments beautifully. Â I would not get inked by anyone else.
The shop is a very nice venue but needs a receptionist.!
Not sure what my "agenda" is... I am just writing my impression of this shop and tattoos I've seen out of it. I even just took a second look at updated portfolios....still sticking with my original review. Â Not on par with the area's heavy hitters. If I have an agenda, it's to push for more from shops in the area.
