  My experience at D.V.CT. was amazing. It was my fist time getting a tattoo. I got my tattoo done by Elias Escafi. Elias made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very invested in all the details of the tattoo. You can tell that Elias really enjoys his job. Elias was very professional and easy to talk to.
  The tattoo turned out to be better than I imagined.
  I feel very honored to have this piece of stunning artwork with me for the rest of my life.

  Won't be going back there. Went in for a tattoo special, tipped the artist 100% of the cost of my tattoo, and when I contacted him about a touch up, he insisted I repay him. He obviously doesn't stand by his work. This isn't the first time I've heard of him doing this either.
