Juan Swift very talented artist he did my favorite tattoo a little mexican matryoshka doll I have quite a few tattoos I am a perfectionist and I notice little things that artists make mistakes on  so I am annoyed by minor errors no one else would notice. I cannot find one mistake on this dudes work his whole demeanor was different than any other of the artists I have been tattooed by he is very confident his color and shading are on point it was like he was drawing on paper it was so much little detail and he was quick he is very talented I definitely want more work done from this shop artist.

REVISED: i came about 3 month ago to get another tattoo with MIke & I am even happier! Can't wait for my next one. I got a black & white eagle/snake combo. It looks amazing & only took 2.5 hour. I'm a happy camper.
Came here about two years ago to get a small but meaningful tattoo & had my work done by Mike Avena. I was very satisfied with his work, he was very professional & made me feel comfortable. His portfolio is very impressive, great Aztec work. He helped me tweak the design a little bit to make it perfect.

I got a tattoo done a few years ago on my wrist. It was a pretty small tattoo but the kid that did it charged me $120! I thought that it was way too much for such a small tattoo but I really wanted it done. Even though I think I was charged too much, I really like my tattoo. I wouldn't say that I would come back here for another tattoo though because I have been to the Port City Tattoo Parlor in Long Beach and the starting price for a small tattoo is $75. My friend got a tattoo the size of the tattoo on my wrist and she didn't have to pay nearly as much as I did. I love the tattoo artist at Port City Tattoo. Their work is amazing!! I also love that shop because everyone is really nice and the shop is very clean. Not that this shop isn't clean. I just like the atmosphere at Port City Tattoo much better.
