Had my nose pierced here, the staff seems a bit unprofessional they're always screaming across the room at each other having a conversation even in the middle of tattooing or piercing, seems like they care more about chatting and having fun then the customer.. Especially the person who was piercing my nose he was screaming conversation to the other artists with the needle in his hand and every time he was about to do it he'd stop and chat. Something that should've been a 2 minute thing was at least 20 minutes, just the entire place in general has an I dont care kind of vibe and never seems busy. The piercing was painful, when the needle was through my nose he lifted up my nose and was moving it left and right, i get that he was checking to see if it was straight but it hurt so bad i wanted to cry.. and it was sanitized at first ill give them that, he was just yelling in my face so it made it all unsanitary.. My nose got infected because of that and took about 1 month to heal.. also he was super vague when I asked about care, considering I've never had that particular piercing I didn't know much and he didn't help me out much I had to push to get care information and he made me feel stupid like i should have all ready known..the girl up front is really nice and helpful. The back area seems clean enough and safe except for the spit flying across the room when they talk. But the front area is pretty gross, over by the product shelf and electric chair the floor is covered in dust and it's just not what you want to see when you first walk in. It's worth the 25 dollars for the piercing it's what you pay for I guess, it's worth dealing with they're bull shit and time wasting to save 15-25 bucks compared to other people's prices.

Got a tat from Earn and man this guy did a fresh, awesome, really neato, dope. sick, bad ass, knarly (pick your term) job on my tat.  The tat was of my family crest (Japanese Mon) and he did such a clean job even my dad liked it.  I would most def recommend people to go there if you ever need work done.  I looked for a few months to find the right place and he has great prices.  If you are looking for a great tat look up Earn and he is also a triple OG Writer from LA.

Where do I begin with this horrible, non-professional, worst tattoo shop ever.  I found this place by word of mouth and heard Rick does a great job so i decided to try it out.  First I go in there to speak with him and get an estimate.  He gives me a price for what I want and schedules me to come back in 3 weeks. I show up 3 weeks later a half hour early. He says Im just setting up and hell be ready in a second.  I end up waiting another hour while he sits there and eats his food.  Finally we get going and about 45 minutes into it he asks me if its cool if we cut the session early because he promised he would take his kids to see a movie.  I said fine whatever bro, do what you gotta do.  He says come back tomorrow and well finish up.  So I come back the next day and they say hes not there.  I explained to them what happened the day before and all they tell me is sorry, Rick doesnt know his own schedule.  Now at this point I was pretty pissed off because this is the third incident that Ive dealt with and normally I would just say screw it and go to another shop but I had already paid them the full balance for my tat and I wanted to at least get my moneys worth. So after arguing with them they reschedule me and tell me I cant get in for another 6 weeks.  I was like are you kidding me???  This place is a joke!   But being out 300 buks and barely any work done I really didnt have a choice.  So 6 weeks go by, I finally get back to the shop and the same thing happens with making me wait.  Soon as I get there he tells me he has to take a break because hes tired and this and that.  So I wait, again.  Finally we get to work and about and hour and a half into he says hes pretty tired and if we can finish up first thing the next morning.  I was speechless. Is this guy serious!?  I asked him,do I have choice and if he really was going to be there in the morning and he said yes, just to give the receptionist or shop manager a call in the morning to give them a heads up and tell them Im coming in to finish my tatt.  So the next morning comes and I call and they tell me Ricks not coming in today.  I just about lost it!   I explain to the guy the situation and all he said was sorry theres nothing i can do but reschedule you.  I said when is that gonna be?  He tells me the soonest he can get me in is 2 months.  So now a simple 2 hour tattoo is going on 6 months and they wont give me my money back.  At this point Im done with these guys. This place is a joke, horrible customer service, and they take breaks every 10 minutes to get high.  Wouldnt reccommend to anybody.  Avoid!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! This is and will probably be my only yelp review because i had such a horrible experience. They have THE worst customer service ever!! So I got a groupon for my bf and I. I called and they said i needed to come in to make an appointment. We arrive and there was a sign on the door that said out to lunch. It was 4:00 pm!! So i decide to call and a girl picks up and says she's in the shop doing a tattoo but everyone else is gone. She told me to come in and wait for the person who books appointment. We wait and he books us an appointment with Rick and Suriel. As requested by them I email them what tattoos that we wanted. A few days before our appointment we had a family emergency and i called to reschedule. The call keeps going directly to voicemail AND i couldnt leave a voicemail because their mailbox was full. So for the next few days i email them and i just keep calling until finally Rick picks up. He's actually really nice and said he'd personally take care of the rescheduling himself and email me for our new appointments. He said his next available one was in 2 weeks. I guess someone forgot to tell Suriel we rescheduled our appointments because on the day of our initial appointment Suriel leaves a message on my voicemail and says his next appointment cancelled so he's going to leave early. He said if i could come in now or i'm going to have to reschedule!! imagine if i didn't have to reschedule my appointment!! A week goes by and i do not get a response. Again, i keep calling and calling. Even though their store ours are suppose to be from 12-2am they are NOT always there!! i finally get a girl on the phone and i told her what happened. She told me i shouldnt be scheduling with Rick becuase he doesnt know how to manage his schedule. His next available appointment is in 2 months!! At that point i was done. I told them i want my refund back and she says no becuase we didn't show up to our appointments!! I email groupon and luckily i got my refund back from them!! I go on yelp and there are recent negative reviews!! i wish these were there before i purchased my groupon!!

When I first went to the shop a few months ago, I went just to get pricing. When I walked in, I was greeted by a guy who was very friendly and welcoming. I asked him for the artist that a friend of mine had recommended, and come to find, it was him. I showed him what I wanted, he gave me a price then asked if I'd like it done that day. I didn't think I'd get in that day, but apparently he had an opening. Guess I had good timing. :) A couple hours later, he was done. Out of the 5 artists who has done work on me, RICK is BY FAR my favorite. And out of my 7 tattoos, the one that Rick did is definitely the best. He really takes the time to find out exactly what you want and does an even better job. Rick's work is amazing and I don't doubt the rest of the artists in the shop are great, too. Not only that, but everyone at the shop is really nice and seem to be very professional.
I'm glad to have finally found my go to tattoo shop..and guy. :)

Finally! Got my refund from Groupon so now I can rant.
Stay away from Electric Chair Tattoos in Fullerton!
First visit, Ralphie n I used Living social vouchers.
Had appts with Suriel at 5-on. Didn't get out of there until 11 for 2 simple pieces.
He took 2 major breaks, TO EAT AND GIVE A TESTDRIVE FOR HIS CAR THAT HE WAS SELLING.
2nd appt at 5 this past Friday using a Groupon voucher.
Suriel shows up late with food n tells us to come back in 30 min n to go grab a beer
40 min later, we come back. He's on his phone, doing who knows what, doesn't even know what I'm there for after having emailed an image of my artwork TWICE, proceeds to talk me outta my Groupon, which he admitted to doing with other people with vouchers, for a better deal which was only a better deal for him and then.....OFFERED TO SMOKE ME OUT!!!!
needless to say, 4+ hours later I have simple line work done, excuses about how tired he was n I'm pissed n disgusted beyond belief.

Called two weeks ago to try and make an appointment. I believe I spoke to Rick who was really cool. I said I could go in the 15th or 22nd and he said to just go in the 22nd anytime after 12:30 and my consult could be the same day. I asked if they needed my name and he said he'd leave a note that I would be coming in for a consult and tat for the 22nd. I go today after 12:30 and they weren't even open! I went next door to ask and the nice lady said that she hadn't seen anyone all day. I call around 3:30 and someone answered. I asked why they weren't open earlier and the guy said "oh it's only another guy and I." I then asked how late they're open and he said "probably till 8 or 9, but I'm booked all day, that's why you should make an appointment." I explained what Rick said and he said he would try to call someone in and call me back a few hours later. It is now a few hours later and nothing. I also asked if they were open tomorrow (Sunday) and he said "well all the other artists are on vacation so it's just another guy and I, we wont be open." (Even though the sign on the door said open 12-12 7 days a week). Screw this place, I'm getting my groupon voucher refunded and going someplace 5 minutes away not a half an hour away with no one even there.

Rick!!! okay i know this review has to be about the work ,but he has the cutest dog!!! even tho she was humping his leg white he was freehanding on my chest she was so cute!! friendly staff, very helpful but suggest calling in first. I will not go to a shop and just get ink done by any artist in the shop. know your stuff before you come in, because you cannot blame the staff or the artist because you do not know what you want!!! just sayin!!! by far Rick is the best in the shop will be returning to finish and will post a pic of the finished product. reason for no 5 star is cause its small, i dont like feeling like im constantly in someones way.

I recently used a Living Social coupon or Groupon (can't remember which?). I chose "Slick Rick" because of an award he recently won at a tattoo show. I met for the consultation about a week prior and everything went pretty well. We actually planned out two tattoos but only had time for the one during the sitting.

My tattoo was not only my first but has a very deep personal and memorial meaning of my father. So it was extremely important for me that it went as close to perfect as possible. Rick did not disappoint me one bit. In fact, I firmly believe I got the better end of this deal. His work was stellar and almost beyond words. Truly a piece of art that pops off my skin to capture your attention (though I rarely show it in public).

Thank you Rick! I look forward to coming back for my "Karma" symbol piece we weren't able to get to.

I originally bought a living social coupon to use here. I called before walking in and asked if they're busy so I could understand whether or not if they were a busy parlor or not. The man on the phone said there was someone handling walk-ins so I decided to go consult in the evening.
The staff was pretty friendly. I was told I could not use my living social towards my "cover-up" tattoo and that I would have to make an appointment to use the coupon. I understood that, as most places get busy once they offer the coupons. But this place didn't look busy. There was one guy waiting to be tatted and unfortunately he had to wait because the artist was consulting me about my appointment.

Maybe the artist thought I was iffy and didn't take my time seriously, but my future tattoo had been long anticipated. I returned my living social since the wait was a few weeks and I could get my "full-price" tattoo quicker. I booked an appt with  suriel (the man who was helping me). He jotted down a whatever sketch of the tattoo that needed to be covered and took a deposit for my appt.
I emailed suriel some ideas for my tat and never heard from him. I wondered if he even got the email. So I stopped by the shop again. (Again, it wasn't busy there and nobody was getting tatted). Suriel was especially wasn't busy and was able to talk and consult for an hour. He received my email but apparently too busy to respond. He also told me that the appt I made wasn't doable and he had to reschedule for an even later time; now I had to wait 3 weeks. Suriel took a better sketch of my back and seemed more serious about my cover-up but I still wasn't feeling the dedication. I was getting bad vibes and he wasn't professional. I didn't like how he flaked on my appt, he made a commitment and he shouldn't change it.

I continued to send emails to the artist (which by the way, he said I should do). No response. He promised to have a sketch in one week. My appointment is suppose to be tomorrow and I never heard from him again.

I feel like he just makes his money from collecting deposits. So he can just keep my deposit, I don't want to waste anymore of my time on this place even to get my money back.

And just so you yelpers know- I have plenty of tattoos. I'm no newbie. I figured he would be worth the wait, he said so himself but obviously I was forgotten. Not a good feeling especially when you're getting ready to throw down hundreds of dollars on a tattoo.

I'm sure the other artist are different story. Rick seemed to be somebody I should have went with.

This place is great!!! I have been going to Rick for the past 7 years and he is amazing!! Rick takes the time to understand what you want in a tattoo and ends up blowing your  mind when he's done. If you are looking for a place to get some work done you should go here and ask for Rick. I have referred my friends and family to him, and I wanna say thanks for taking care of them. I can't wait to make my next appointment!!!!!

Went there on their Friday the 13th specials, u know, $13 for a tattoo of #13. Small place but very nice, clean with the typical tattoo shop decor which I love. They had a lot of different "13" choices so I picked mine and I was glad to see that a girl was gonna do it. Always wanted to be tattooed by a woman. She went by the name Goonies, one of my top 3 movies by the way, so I knew this was destined to be. She was very professional and talkative (an extremely cute!) When I was done I was so stoked with my new ink! She took her time with it and for an inexpensive tattoo, that's rare from an artist. I'm very happy and I will definitely be back for some more ink.
P.S. Don't listen to poster Helen N. First of all lady, a "hip" piercing...really??? Maybe she should yelp! a library and check out a dictionary. I'm just sayin'. . .

If I could put a zero, I would.  Called this place for a hip piercing and they told me to come in which I did and they said well the piercer just left for lunch and we don't know if she's coming back.  She was sitting right out in front, the girl went to ask and it took her a while to come back just to tell me they ran out of the jewelry.  Lies. It doesn't take that long to tell me you ran out of jewelry. If you didn't want to do it,  at least give me a better excuse.  Could of at least waited until your lunch was over.  Decided to go to goodfellas , more expensive but you get what you pay for.  Electric chair tattoos is cheap but they can care less about customer service and their clients
