Really friendly and accommodating. Went there for the first time for my 6th tattoo and they worked with the design I brought in. Was in and out quite quickly.  Had Beth as my artist and am very pleased with my tattoo.
Accepts credit for jewelry, but need cash for tattoos. ATM is close by, though, so it's not a problem.

I've come here for three tattoos so far and each time I've gotten great customer service. Mainly I deal with Scott since I think he's the best that I've dealt with but generally everyone is always really nice when I come in. I don't think the place deserves half the bad reviews it's gotten and I have great ink to prove it.
Give it a chance for sure!

After finding Tattoo Day seemed to be the same Day as Presidents Day.
This  place smelled of cigarettes for a hundred years.The two artists seemed like we were bothering them.They don't take credit cards which seemed like a flag to me.
We decided not to go back-we didn't have cash.You know if you are going to deal with the public,friendly never hurts.I own a business here in Richmond and you just never know who you can p off. I would never recommend this place and to top it off ,this is the first bad review I have ever written.,Thank you for making me go to the length,I normally wouldn't go.You P'd me off.
