Terrible experience!
I went to make an appt and was scheduled for two weeks later. I made a deposit and was told by Ben that I could have a refund if I call and cancel or change my appt at least 24 hours before. Â I verified this again because I have a crazy work schedule and was planning on going out of town. I ended up going somewhere else because they could fit me in earlier and when I called Ben to cancel ( a week before my scheduled appt) he told me that I could not have a refund; canceling was considered a "no call, no show". Â This is not what he told me a week ago and now I'm out double what my tattoo would have cost me.
Extremely dissatisfied with the whole operation and how they treated me. Seems like they can pick and choose who they screw over.
Terrible experience. Myself and two friends went in to get tattoos and after telling him what we wanted he was incredibly rude and laughed making inappropriate comments and jokes so we actually left. A tip for this business would be its best to not judge your customers, never know what their story is. Glad we didn't give this business our money.
