OK, finally got my ink yesterday and couldn't be more pleased with the art and the artist!  Honestly, I couldn't imagine anyone else other than Robert Corso doing any work for me.  He is incredibly patient and caring, I was worried he was going to get ticked off at me for not feeling some of the ideas he was coming up with, but no, his concern for me being pleased and involved with the design rang through.  Plus, the process itself was enjoyable, learning about how he got involved in doing tattoos, swapping wicked awesome jokes, giving me suggestions for aftercare and add ons later.  I had an idea of what I wanted and with Robert's vision and talent, he gave me a tattoo I wasn't expecting when I went in, but now that I have it, I love it!  I trust this guy and have full confidence in his vision, his care and his skill level!  I'll post a pic of the completed tattoo soon!  Also, paid him 100 bucks up front and when I asked him what I owed, he said we were square.  So, tipped him 35 bucks on top of that and walked away happy and feeling like I got a damn good deal.

In my opinion this is the best place to be tattooed in San Antonio and surrounding areas.  The shop is clean.  It's comfortable.  You do not see the usual scum bags that you would at any other shop in San Antonio.  The artist take time to get to know you so they can make sure that your tattoo is exactly what you want.  They have no problems with giving their educated professional opinions.  All of their work is custom.  There are no pick them and stick them at this shop.  Your tattoo will be one of a kind.  Robert, Jason and Mike will happily go over their sterilization process.  When being tattooed you will be in a calm environment.  If you do not leave their with a stomach ache from laughing so hard or just overall happy I would be shocked.  This place is great.  If you are looking for a trustworthy place to get a quality tattoo that will make you happy for a long time then come here.  I assure you... you will not be disappointed.  The owner Robert Corso has taken a lot of time to make this shop unique.  There really is no other place like it in San Antonio.  First timers this is a great place for you.

Had a tat done by Robert about one month ago. Was my first tattoo and the process was great. Robert did a fantastic job on taking my idea and running with it. He added his own touches to it that made it even better then I could have imagined.

He was also very cool and mature about the process. When we found a design that we both loved, but realized it wouldn't work due to sizing issues, he had no problem and redoing it for me with another design that was a better fit.

Now that everything is healed, it still looks as good as the day he did it. Outstanding work all around. I would certainly recommend this shop, and Robert specifically to anyone.
