Ask for Damien. Kicks ass and is skilled. He had been tattooing since he was around 14. It was quick and his painless and steady hand impressed me. The only tattoo artist that I did not bleed with.
He really understood what I wanted.
I had so many people complement my tattoo that one of my coworkers (out of jealousy) got tired hearing about it everyday. Mothers of conservative backgrounds said they loved it. So many thought it was henna and would ask if it were real. Yes. Beauty ain't it?
Ps Damien I need a touch up. I'm back in Seattle!
The place was clean and had some awesome people, I had gone to get tattooed with friends and I'm not from the area so i was taking a big leap by getting the tattoo and i was super disappointed they had some good artist but i think i was stuck with there guy who didn't have much experience which kind of upset me after the tattoo was done the tattoo was simple and the guy messed it up really bad it doesn't have straight lines its a hot mess i wouldn't recommend going there in all honesty i mean i showed my main tattoo guy from where I'm from and hes thankfully going to fix the mistake but its just a giant shame because they seemed really nice and i didn't tip and i wont be going back ever again go somewhere else dint take the chance seriously its not worth it at all i wish i remembered the guys name but yeah go somewhere else quality is big thing with tattoos so if you want a crappy tattoo that's the place to go
The star is honestly just cause it was a clean place...
My first tattoo came from one of the artists at this place, and amazingly enough it was so bad I completely do NOT remember his name (though I know for sure it wasn't Damien, as my husband has a tattoo from him and it is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate.)
They were able to squeeze me in for a really simple black bass clef design on my wrist and did it for shop minimum. Needless to say it turned out so bad I didn't leave a tip.
One of this guys' regulars came in for some off the cuff work and that's when the artist picked up the pace, finished off with crooked sloppy line work and didn't even finish filling it in and pushed me out the door. The lack of attention was annoying, and he seemed less than concerned with anything I wanted.
Never again. I would love to say I'd come to Damien since he was pretty awesome to my husband, but I just didn't feel welcomed in the shop at all.
