I never write reviews but  this place is worth it. Customer service is outstanding and the place is very clean with good vibes. Isaac was very patient and sweet, he spent so much time helping me get exactly what I wanted. His work is neat and symmetrical, my tattoo came out perfect!!! Other staff is also helpful and friendly. I am definitely recommending this place to my friends.

Okay I just want to start off by saying I really love the tattoo I got here. It came out looking great!!! BUT...I was told by my artist that I could come in for a touch up whenever that all I had to do was call the shop and ask to set up an appointment. So I called the shop and asked if I could speak to my artist. They said she wasn't there so I left a message. A week later after not hearing back I decided to call again. Same thing again. So I waited another week and called back. I left a message for the THIRD time. I still have not gotten a call back. Their communication and customer service kinda sucks. So as a result, I'm going to pay a different guy to do a little touch up. I'm a pretty patient person and I understand that people got stuff to do and mistakes are made but having to call three times and still not hear back is a little ridiculous.

Absolutely love this place! I have 7 small tattoos on my arms and a big back piece.
I have a quarter sleeve in the works as a memorial for my deceased family members being quilted together by 3 different artists.
Most of my work has been done by Isaac who has helped with advice for color and design.
I've brought my girlfriend, cousin and one of my friends to get ink here and another considering it. If you have any intentions of getting tattoos, this has got to be the place to go. You really can't go wrong with any of the artists here.
