I went into Iron Horse for a triple helix piercing. After a couple of weeks, I was not completely satisfied with the piercings so I contacted the shop. The piercer who did my original piercings was no longer there. Tony, the owner was more than willing to help me out and make things right for me. He redid my piercing for me and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with each step of the process. He was extremely nice and and did all he could to accommodate me and make sure I was happy. I would recommend this shop to anyone and would definitely return! I would definitely have tony do my piercings again! I have very little soreness and they are healing so well!!
Review Source:I recently moved to Vegas I was looking for places where I could get my Left side lip pierced. So I came on Yelp and I found Ironhorse tattoo. They had really good reviews so I decided to give them a try.
My experience was extraordinary. Myke (piercer) was extremely helpful. He walked me through everything from sanitizing the chair and explaining every instrument he was going to use to pierce my lip. He talked throughout the whole process explaining to me what was expect to feel to the discomfort I could feel. I hardly felt the needle go through. After wards he showed me that he through everything away and started sanitizing the chair and even the mirror he used to show me the result. He took his time explaining to me the after care. Recommending me what to eat to keep the swelling down it was awesome. I could not have had a better experience Myke is truly an artist and he is very helpful. Now it's me second day my lip is a little swollen, and I have bruising on the inside, but it doesn't hurt. I definitely recommend this shop for any piercings also Myke he's awesome!
I had Anthony Stevens do 2 tattoos while I was in Vegas a couple of weeks ago. The tattoos exceeded my expectation many times. Â The attitude around the shop was also very relaxed and fun. Almost made the pain go away, almost. I am usually in Las Vegas once a year and already have my tattoo picked out for next year. Thanks Anthony. See you about this time next year
Review Source:Back in town for a week and wanting another tattoo I tried for three days to get a hold of Kyle and kept getting a different story each time I called. Then I went by the shop and was told to come back in three hours. When I went back as directed they were closed. I gave up and got the tattoo elsewhere.
Review Source:Excellent shop. Tony is my go to guy. He has done my full sleeve in color and a large piece on my stomach from below belly button to sternum. The shop is well cleaned and maintained. The shop used to be half the size a few doors away when I started coming but has moved over a little to a larger well lit location. Other good artists there also. I have referred friends and all have had great experiences and been very happy with the work they've received. Me and my friend Jeff stumbled upon this shop one nite and sure glad I did. You can read my friend Jeff's review here also. If your a local or just visiting Vegas and want ink don't go to just any shop but search this one out.
Review Source:I went in to get a 3rd piercing in my ears. I already had two in my lobes but I wanted a 3rd, but that was getting into the cartilage. A friend recommended this place to me. It was a very very friendly atmosphere while at the same time being professional as hell. As the gentleman, Sasha (ask for him!!!), geared up to do my piercing, I could see all the sterilized equipment he would be using and cleaned up constantly. AND the prices were very reasonable!
All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better piercing experience.
I've gotten a few pieces done here. I get all my work done by Tony, but that's not to say the other artists are not equally as talented. I just happen to always stick with someone who does great work, and that person is Tony. I'm always surprised by the quality of work that comes out of the shop. If you're in Vegas and want a tattoo, this is the place to go.

Review Source:Recently got my first and only piercing here from Sasha. He was amazing- very attentive. Â He answered all my questions and was very informative. The procedure was quick and painless. Everything was sterile, even the furniture was wiped down after each procedure. The pricing for my procedure was definitely a good deal compared to many other places (so I've been told; new to the piercing world). Definitely recommend this place.

Came here to get my Industrial done. The reason why I give it 5 stars is because Tony, one of the tattoo/piercing artists there, made my experience a lot more calming than when I originally walked in. I'm not going to lie, I was very nervous about my industrial and Tony totally made the experience worthwhile by making me laugh but being very professional and informative at the same time.
What really got me is that they are *very* clean, sanitized, and actually show you the area where they have all their sanitized needles and belongings (gives you a lot of peace of mind!) Their prices are slightly cheaper than what you would find elsewhere. In no means is Ironhorse fancy, but who cares about fancy when the artists are pretty chill and it's a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone getting a piercing and are worried about having anxiety!
This is a really nice place for getting a tattoo. Yeah, it is located in a weird area, not somewhere that looks pleasing to the eye, but as always said in grade school "You can't judge a book by its cover." The interior is super clean and has all the goodies to look at that a tattoo shop has to offer.
The staff is nice and easy going, and far from the "snoody," stereotypical tattoo shop staff.
Best of all... very very very FAIR and cheap tattoos for great quality. These people are talented and allow the public to get exactly what they want without other shop's jacked-up pricing.
Why not a 5 star review?? My tattoo does not reflect the work they can do. I was simply recommended to come here by a friend who DID have amazing work done.
Stay away from the "name-brand," famed, and chain places, come here... just a few minutes from the Strip!
There is no other place I would go to get my work done. I have referred more people then I can count to go there. It is super clean and has a great vibe about it. There not super expensive nor are they dirt cheap. however no matter what the price of the piece you get is You will always believe that you got a great deal when you see the finished piece
