Effective Immediately - I have severed all ties with Kingpin Tattoo Supply. While Kingpin proudly announces on their website that they sell only to professionals, I received information this week that the owners, Bill Smith and Dave Mayer, also operated Inkcraft, a notorious scratcher website that not only sold to the general public - but sold knock-offs of my steel tattoo machine that they had manufactured in China. This information was provided to me by multiple employees of both Kingpin and Inkcraft. It's my understanding that the two companies were run from the same building in Florida, with a UPS store in South Carolina that was set up as the public Inkcraft address so there was no apparent link between the two companies. To the best of my knowledge this information is accurate, and I am sharing this information with the general public because many in the tattoo industry make their purchasing decisions based on the reputation of the supplier. I was proud to have Kingpin as the official distributor of my machines in the U.S. for the past decade, and consider this the ultimate betrayal, both of our professional relationship and of the ethics of the tattoo industry that require any reputable distributor to do everything in their control to keep tattoo machines out of the hands of the untrained public. If you share that opinion please feel free to share this post on Facebook and also to share your opinions with Kingpin when you see them at conventions. Paco Rollins Machines, Inc. is a small company, and I keep my expenses and profit low in order to provide an affordable, quality machine 100% made in the U.S.A. I'm most angered that I have had many offers to produce my machines in China and I've always declined on principle, and now this cheap Chinese knock-off of my design is a piece of junk and has caused some confusion in the industry. If it's a genuine Paco Rollins machine, it's signed by me. If you are an owner of one of the knock off machines that broke, please contact Kingpin directly. In the U. S. you can currently purchase my machines at http://www.pacorollinsma…. I thank my loyal customers for their ongoing support .

They do NOT sell to the public. You need to bring in your state license and business license and certification for them to sell you ink. Don't waste your time going here, they are the Ink Police and wont buzz you in. Their front door is like a pawn shop with a intercom system and buzzer. Its 20 questions if they even going to let you in. Go to Element Supply, this place is a joke. Cost me a lot of wasted time going here. Super pissed. You dont treat customers this way!

They have a door on a buzzer so you are locked out until they buzz you in. So after waiting outside in 100 degree heat for 5 minutes the guy finally got off the phone to open the door and was then super rude. Save yourself a headache and hit up another supply shop. The people at Element are friendly and don't hide behind locked doors.

Products are great. I wish that they would give you a break on local delivery like some of the other places. It is sometimes the deciding factor on where I buy.
