About five years ago I had both nostrils pierced. I had to take out the piercings for my job so the piercings closed up. I re-pierced the right nostril about a year ago. Spur of the moment I decided I wanted to re-pierce the left side and have a ring put in the right.

I called in and the person who answered the phone told me to come in whenever. When I walked in Eva was at the front. I told her what I wanted and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She started preparing the jewelry and the room right away. I literally waited maybe 5 minutes. She took a lot of time making sure to line my piercings up perfectly. She put the ring in the right side first to make sure it would go well with a piercing on the other side. When she put in the jewelry on the left side it matched up perfectly and looked awesome.

I really liked how she pierced with the jewelry. The worst part of the experience is when they've already put the needle through but they struggle to get the jewelry in when you want to punch everyone. She had the jewelry in and was done before I even knew she'd put the needle through.

Eva also gave me her card and wrote down her days/hours for me so I could contact her personally if there were any problems or I had any questions. Overall she was amazing.

For the jewelry and piercing on the left side, and the jewelry and piercing change on the right side, I only paid about $55.00. The last time I got my nostril pierced it cost me $80, not including the jewelry.

I would highly recommend coming here for piercings or jewelry. Thanks Eva!

I come to Carrie for all my piercings :) I only trust her. I brought in a friend with me to get our navels pierced. My friend said "I'm only coming here now." Carrie is very sweet and explains everything to you and makes sure that you are comfortable and aware of the whole process from receiving the piercing to how to take care of it.

let me just start off by saying this crap place don't deserve ANY F*CKING STARS!!!!

    HERES MY STORY
One sunday afternoon, I really wanted to get a tat I been wanting and even went to my bank and had my cash ready. (We went here because it was close by and barely any shops open on sundays)
So me and my sis walks in and first impression of the place is NICE, CLEAN, and organized (I was hella excited), then we reach the guy at front desk who seems "tough" and not much welcoming. He asked "what can I do for u?" I say "were here to get a tat" he goes its over there, pointing to the tattoo area (there is a separate tattoo and piercing area). So we walk to the tattoo area and talk to a redhead guy, we discuss little bit about what I was planning to get. He said somthin about they wont sketch if Im not commited to getting tattoo. UHHHH BITCH WOULD I BE HERE IF I AINT COMMITED????  He acts like I don't know SHIT about tattoos. He tried to RIP ME OFFF. I show him the tat I wanted (3 medium roses -thigh piece). He goes ummm it would be around $500-$600 for 3 roses on my thigh. Uhhhhh k, then he calls a tattoo artist over to see if I wanted it sketched out, so the other guy comes out (now this guy is a REAL ASSHOLE). He greets me by asking "so what did u want". uhhhh WHERES UR FUCKING MANNERS??? Right off the bat I did not like him. He had serious attitude bouncing all over. He try to act like HES SOOOO BOOKED UP or DEMANDED. I ask him when is he available. He looks at his stupid calendar and says "umm about next week or two". Its like he didnt wanna sketch it out or some shit. IM LIKE U KNOW WHAT IM OUT STUPID BITCHHHHH!!!!! UGHH NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT HELL HOLE. I WARN YALL THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SHIT!!! DONT GO HERE. THERES PLENTYYYY OF OTHER CHILL TATTOO SHOPS, THIS AINT ONE.

When I was a little girl, my dad and I went to Koolsville to get his nipple pierced.. or something like that. I think I was maybe 5, and right after I walked in I fell in love with the place. While my dad got pierced I looked through all of the tattoo artwork, and my mind was completely blown. Granted, my dad and stepmom have a ton of tattoos, I had never really considered getting one until that day. My dad kept his piercing for a while, and later recommended Koolsville to me (when I was 16 I believe) to get myself pierced. When I turned 18 I went back to get my septum pierced, and holy shit did David do a good job. It didn't hurt at all afterward and was basically completely healed after a month. I love my septum... you couldn't pay me take it out. A few weeks ago I had my hips done, also by David, with dermal anchors. He did such an amazing job, I was working out with no pain or irritation just a 3 days afterwards. Today, David pierced my bellybutton and my friends septum. I love my bellybutton, it barely hurts, the piercing itself is incredibly clean, and my friend loves his septum. He says its not sore at all and piercing it barely hurt. While I was waiting for my friend to finish his piercing, I spoke with some of the tattoo artists (Tattooland) and will definitely be back in a few months to get my first tattoo from there. The artwork is amazing and the artists are incredibly friendly.  I highly recommend Koolsville to anyone looking to get pierced; David is an amazing piercer, super friendly, and will help with any problems you have afterwards. (:

Went in there with a problem from another shop and David made it right and was super cool about everything. I got my tragus pierced on Monday at Needles and Pins in Fountain Valley...the bar they put in there had a ball on both ends. Well the inside ball fell out today while I was at work. So I call the shop where I had it done and was told the piercing guy wasn't going to in until tomorrow. With no other choice left...I looked up another piercing shop to get my dilemma solved. Tattooland was the closest one to me with great ratings and now I know why. I called and and they told me to come in and see David after 5pm. When I got there David told me the bar the other shop put in was way too short and the wrong type of jewelry altogether. So I bought a new piece of jewelry from David and he put it in for me. He was awesome. Very knowledgeable and super patient. The whole shop had a laid back atmosphere and I will definitely be back to this shop for a tattoo or piercing!!!

if u know tattoos this will be on your wish list of shops to get inked at
if u know piercings, this will be on your wish list of shops to get pierced on!
Good Time Charlie's Koolsville is legendary tattooist Jack Rudy's shop.
Jack Rudys retired but hes still active in the tattoo world (via VIP & pricey appointments) and hes active in his car club The Beatniks.
basically if Jack Rudy had never been born,  this Kat Von D bandwagon/mainstreaming of tattooing would not exist.
my bf is good friends w/the lead piercer Todd & he pierced my septum & i was in good hands & it was a pleasure to be in the hands of one of Jack Rudy's employees.
i would love to secure an appt w/ Mr Rudy himself for my bf but seeing i wont be getting my hands on $2000 anytime soon,  we can just sigh & ooooh & ahhhhh over pics of Jack Rudys work..
if you care about your piercing & dont want infections or crooked piercings, you'll run here!
