My friend actually introduced me to this place and recommended me to get my piercing done here. Once when I walked in, I immediately got helped right away. Sandy was the piercer and I told her I wanted to get an industrial. She told me the cost for it beforehand which was $60 and they only take cash. So make sure you bring cash! I was quite nervous getting my piercing with the fear of it hurting but Sandy made it easy for me by talking to me to help distract the pain. I could tell that Sandy knew what she was doing by the way she measured the size of my industrial barbell, making sure it can fit before piercing. When she started piercing, it barely hurt. If anything, it felt like a shot. She made it very simple for me! All I had to do was sit back and relax. Up until this day, I love my piercing and I even took my friend here and she got a forward helix. I would come here again. :)

Went in for a nostril piercing.  Sandy was straight forward and knowledgable.  Fast, clean, pleasant and gave hugs.  She must be good because this is the very first review I have ever left on Yelp.  Most definitely trustworthy and would go back in a heartbeat.

I went in today to get a new tattoo and Enson was my artist. Enson was great and very friendly. He drew the tattoo on my arm from scratch. He did a phenomenal job that was way above and beyond anything I would have expected. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for some new ink.

The artist change here occasionally but Sandy(the owner) always manages to find the best artist. I've gotten three different tattoos from three different artist here and they've all been incredible.

This review is based on a piercing I had done with Sandy just tonight

For the past few days I've been debating on when to get my lip pierced and finally I decided to go. Did a walk-in and was pretty much in and out. Sandy had prepped everything before I got there --because my cousin was waiting for me and told her to get it ready. No backing out from there. Filled out the form and walked to the back. The process didn't take any longer than 5 minutes. She thoroughly explained how to clean for the first couple days and I'm pretty sure I asked questions twice. Super chill lady. She said when I come back in 6-7 days I can get a smaller bar for $5 and the lip piercing itself cost me $30. Gave her $40 and said thanks!

    Totally recommend her!

YAY! Added another tattoo to the collection today of Sanskrit writing on my ribs.

My artist was Enson and he was great! I tried to get in a day earlier and they were completely book but went today and he was so polite and friendly on the phone I felt more than comfortable to go to the shop.

Got writing on my ribs and it took less than an hour. Thought the tattoo was going to kill me (from previous stories from friends) but it didn't hurt at all. I think Enson has a super light hand and he is very quick. I was very impressed.

The shop is very clean and the tattoo areas are separated (for a little more privacy). I know shops like Two Thumbs in Aiea, the working tattoo area is completely open and it is awkward.

I would recommend going and seeing Enson, but call first just incase - no appointment is needed but you don't want to wait if you don't have to.

Also, make sure to bring cash for the tattoo - Credit is not accepted for tattoo!

I know its late but Yelp was not around when I did my piercing in 2005. I got my monroe from Sandy and til this day I haven't experienced any problems. One complaint was that she went in fast did the piercing and done... well isn't that what you want from any pierce.. at least she does it by hand unlike Claire's who uses a gun, is that what you were expecting. Who wants a slow poke? Sandy is a no BS type of lady.. you come in as a customer but you leave as a friend. She has a great memory and remembers the hundreds of people she has successfully pierced. For any advanced piercings I would recommend Sandy, well even if I decide to pierce any future children ears I would only trust Sandy with those delicate ears!

Sandy helped me deal with a kiloid forming from a piercing I got somewhere else a couple months ago.  She has an ample supply of body jewelry at incredible prices.  She replaced my piercing with something really cute... a labret I won't be alergic to. :)  Sandy helped me from start to finish with great advice, expert care, and friendly conversation.  She's awesome!!  I recommend without hesitation.

Every time this place get a negative review, which is half the time, it somehow gets filtered. If Yelp decides to filter this review, then you're not getting an honest rating of this shop. Six of the seven comments you don't see have 1 star, and those are not factored into their rating. When you add those in, you end up with a shop that gets about 2 1/2 stars. Maybe not the place you want to go for a tattoo. Not all my experiences here were bad. I have one tat that I like, and have been pierced with no problems.

My issue is with a specific artist. I don't know if he's still working there or not. I went in for a sleeve and got quoted $900 from wrist to shoulder. I wanted mostly black ink and felt the price was good. But in the middle of the first session (outline only), when half my arm is done, the price changed. It went from $900, to $1700. Almost doubled, and he kept talking about what a great deal I was getting. Like he was doing me a favor.

After 2 sessions and spending $1200, I have a sleeve that is 3/4 complete. His work is very sloppy. I have shading that goes over the outline. Maybe if I had gone back with the last $500 he would have cleaned it up. I don't know. I don't plan on going back.

I also had a tat I wanted the sleeve to cover. Two kanji characters about 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch, and even that got messed up. He covered it with a wind board and half the existing tat is still showing. An apprentice could have covered it better. If you can't cover a 1/2 inch square tat, then you shouldn't be charging $1700 for a sleeve.

Bottom line, I'm not finishing the tat there. I'm not recommending this place to anyone. Ever. Which is unfortunate because it might not be the shop. It could just be one greedy person. The funny thing, I would gladly pay $1700 for a solid sleeve. Do it right and I'll give you $2000. But when you give me a number then try to get more half way through it... 1 star.

Hope you get to read this review before it's flagged or filtered.

My husband and I got our piercings here. Sandy is awesome!  She's knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to!

She did an industrial ear piercing for me & pierced both eyebrows on my husband.  She is very thorough on her explanations & procedure.

Shes also very quick! No "count to 3 and exhale" (-then pierce!) talk about waiting for the pain!

She talks story with you while piercing, gets you comfortable and gets it done in a swift prick... Haha! We'll always come back to see Sandy!

Update to a previous review. Not only did I recieve unprofessional service and attitude from the piercer, found out my piercing has to be re-pierced from a botched job! I went into Liquid Metal because my cheek piercing on the right side was bothering me, and the piercer greeted me with "What do you want?" How rude! When I asked her to look at my cheeks because they were bothering me, she just looked from the outside and said your fine, see you in a few months. So I went to another shop, who gladly took the time to examine me. Come to find out, the right side was pierced crooked, at an angle and my labret post was digging into my cheek on the inside. I am just going to take them out - this isn't even worth it anymore! I will just get a Tattoo!

Okay so I'm into piercing, Every time I come up with the thought of getting a new piercing, I put it on hold and prolong the whole situation!

So my gf Tiff, she knows how I operate!  She told Sandy to as well!  My gf Tiff said that she wanted to touch up her tattoo on her arm and that Sandy is willing to do it, but she needed my approval...I kept saying NOOOOOO, that why did I have to go and approve it, I don't care what you poke, all you!!!

So finally I get up and walk with her to check out Sandy.  In my head I thought, Why does she need my approval and I thought she only does piercing, it didn't dawn on me that they were setting me up on getting my micro dermal piercing, I hop that's what it's called...hehehe

Anyway's...Tiff walks out and says, okay she's ready for you...Then I realized that I was getting my piercing  done...When I'm put on the spot, I don't like to look stupid or back out...

I walked in and Sandy said, are you ready and smiled!!! I said no but let's do it!!!  Sandy was awesome, very pleasant, told my exactly what I would feel, told me to relax and it will be done, before I know, I love piercings, but I always get nervous, no matter what!!!

She done it on my right side below my eye...And I love it!!!  Everything she said was right!!! It's perfect!!!

She explained how to take care of it and it was $100, but worth every penny of it, and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be...So now I plan on doing more...Sandy is where I'm going to finish my project!!!

Also I love the fact that Sandy was willing to play along with Tiff...Great customer service....

She has a big shop, there is motorcycles cruising in the shop, but that doesn't bother me like it does some, I think it brings out Sandy's personality, and her son, is so cute....I love the relationship she has with her son...AWESOME!!!!

Sandy is cherray!!! Check her out to get your piercings done!!! :)

I received a labré Sandy ( the piercer) was really straight to the point and professional about the piercing process. She explained the process of how different type of lips should be pierced. She even corrected a previous job. She took pics of me and my friends work. She really enjoys her work, but if your looking for someone to hold your hand and kiss you boo boo, this is not the shop for you.

i have personally never gotten pierced here, but my friends did.  they said it was intense.  the lady just goes in, pierces you real fast, and that's it.  i think if you're planning on getting a piercing for the first time, you should consider staying away from liquid metal.
however, they do tattoos really well.  shading is definitely one of their strong points.  it's rather pricey...for both tattoos and piercings.  so, even though i like the quality of their tattoos, i can just go to bongs and get one done for cheaper with excellent quality

my female friends went there to get their facial piercings done. they were all very happy with the service they received. they walked in without appointments and got their piercings done that day within 15 minutes of waiting.

i wish the facility wasn't cluttered with motorcycles. there are two large motorcycles in the waiting area/front of the shop by the door. we were in a group of 6 and i felt claustrophobic being SO close to my friends. other than that, the facility was clean and well organized.
