Today I got my first tattoo and I must say it came out as good as I hoped, yung is very talented and finished my black mamba tat in 37 min. If you looking for a talkative guy that's not yung, if you want a great tattoo pretty painless this is your place to go. I will be going back for my second tat very soon
Review Source:Yung is amazing artist. I have him a simple plane letters I wanted tattoo of and gave him how it was supposed to look as if it was carved in the rock and he gave me more than what I expected.
No appointment needed, but it's better if you get one in case all the artists are busy.
Convenient location, just next to subway station.
Unfortunately I have to give Monster a 2 star review because I've been there twice and each time the service was different. The first time I went was to get my snake eyes done. That experience went pretty good; I paid about $20 including the jewelry, the guys were really nice and patient with me and they answered all my questions...
The problem came when my tongue swelled over the barbel because it was too small. When I went back and explained what happened, I was charged $2 to have the current barbel removed and was sitting in the chair with my tongue bleeding while the the guy went to see if they had the next size up, which they didn't. So long story short, I ended up leaving in pain and with the same barbel that was too small...
Id recommend the first guy whose name I don't remember but he was a tall white guy.
No appointments necessary unless the tattoo is big.
My stylist friend recommended me to come here, and so I did. The first time I came here, I loved it so I decided to come again for my second tattoo. Bad choice. I dislike it..Plus it cost more. I showed Young plentiful pictures of my pug and my tattoo doesn't even look like my pug! He looks mean, old, and it's a total disappointment to look at.
Overall - make sure he draws it out first and confirm with him on the drawing before he tattoos it onto you!
Came here to change my nose ring by a guy with lots of piercing (sorry, I don't know his name!) & he was a total sweetheart. Even funnier, he doesn't mind a kooky situation. After I got my nose ring (hoop) in, I left for a few hours, stared in the mirror & thought I just couldn't pull it off....I came back & he willingly changed it back to a stud with NO attitude. $3 to change it, but at least it was cheaper than the crazy tat places in my neighborhood. Thanks guy-who's-name-I-don't-know. : )
Regarding tats, no idea, but they have a lot of styles hanging up around & there was one Chinese-looking artist there who pointed to his lovely drawing of a koi fish to some clients. Perhaps you should go check out their drawings. The folks seem nice!
I got my belly button pierced here a few years ago. The kid who did it was really nice and friendly. The procedure was quick and painless. When I got up to look at my new piercing, I guess the combination of not having breakfast and getting up too fast caused me to faint and hit my chin on the counter on the way down (haha, i know). When I came to, the owner actually seemed IRRITATED about me fainting in his shop and shoved a can of coke at me, then charged me for it. Never going back.
