  Walk in was great.  I only get inked at places that have private rooms.  They have private room.  VERY CLEAN BUSINESS!!  Very nice.  Environment was what you hope for in a shop, and then some.  I'll be going back n to get touch up done. there is one issue I'm seeing with the work, it's a very small issue and the artist and I saw eye to eye on it and behaved like a pro skin artist.  I would recommend this place to others.
  
  The pricing of this place says they're expensive, but I thought that it was pretty standards from all the other shops I've visited.  
  
  Solid, honest, drama free shop.
  
  Only 3 stars because I do need something fixed and I didn't connect with my artist like three other places I went to.  I have a TON of work to be done and there wasn't a sense that the person wanted to really do it.

  I went into Mum's today to ask about getting a tattoo. When the owner, Angela I assume, asked how she could help, I said, "Would you mind turning down the music a little? I can't hear you." To which she replied, "No, we're not going to do that." I thought maybe she was joking, so I asked her whether she really meant what she said, and she said did. We left, which I think is exactly what she wanted us to do. I would never recommend this joint to anyone.

  I came in and explained my tat idea to Travis.  He helped me transform my ideas into something that was a better version of my original idea.  He was really patient, did high quality work and was very fair with the price.  I would definitley recommend Travis and Mum's to everyone whether it's your first ink or or your a seasoned veteran.

  Angela did my first two tattoos when I was 18, while still at Uncle Bill's and after 10+ years they still look great. I got my third at her shop as a birthday present to myself and her artists are great. I took in printed pictures and described what I wanted...and got exactly that!
  The artist (male and whose name I am forgetting - forgive me) was great and since it was an ankle piece was really patient when it was painful. He let my friend come in and sit by me to talk and watch. I've moved from Bend but would get any future tattoos through this shop again. Great atmosphere, great staff, excellent work!

  Great Studio!
   Very positive experience. Clean and welcoming atmosphere, high quality artists. Would recommend Angela for cover-up work, piece turned out beautifully! Will be sure to visit again and again.
