Precious Slut IV Tattoo Company

As a Las Vegas local, I see Tattoo shops popping up on every corner.  I choose Precious Slut for my most recent addition because I know and trust the owner.  I called him on a Sunday and asked if he had any good guys he could set me up with and he reply was "all my guys are good, but I'm gonna line you up with Chico.  I cruised down to the shop and until half way there I was not sure what I was going to get.  I wanted to clean up my shamrock and vine band, but also get started on filling in the upper part of my arm.  I grabbed my favorite photo of my daughter from when she was about 7 or 8 and walked into the shop to meet Chico.  We got the photo size where it needed to be, discussed the touch up to my other tattoo's and agreed on a great price.  Right from the start, Chico had my confidence and I watched in amazement as my daughters face was being developed on my arm.  He touched up my shamrock and added some outlines and color to make it pop.  Even with Chico's soft touch, I decided to wait a few days on the vine band touch up.  I made another appoinment for the following Thursday and Chico finished me off.  I couldn't be happier with the portrait tattoo of my daughter.  She cried when I showed her and hell, I might have welled up a little too.  Thank you Chico, you sir are an artist!!!  I will be back in soon for some work on the cross on my back.

My first encounter was good despite the artist being new...today was a different story. The head artist said my work was "shitty" and wouldn't take a look at what had already been done at THIS shop. Terrible customer service!

If I could give this place - 4 stars I would.

I have lived in Vegas for 31 years, and never has a manager of a business made me cry and this place's manager did! Not sure if the jerk is still there, but he  was sooo rude to me it was unbelievable.

I went there for a pair of earrings , because of where I work I am only allowed to wear solid plugs. The sales guy at the counter  suggested a few pairs to me that were "my size" So I bought a really nice pair of surgical steal plugs. They would not let me try them on due to health code. HENSE why the sales person should be trained in how to suggest the correct size to the client.
I go home and put them in and they are like 2 sizes two small!! I just spent 140.00 dollars on a NICE pair of plugs  so that I can wear these things everyday. WTF!  
So i called the shop and the asshole manager says " oh yeah i know who you are." in a kind of nasty tone, they proceed to talk to me like I am some kind of thief for wanting to exchange the items their sales person sold to me with his professional piercing shop knowledge.
The dude was a complete dick to me. I asked him "What am I suppose to do with a pair of 140.00 plug that dont fit me??!??" He didnt no care at all, he kept hanging up on me, and I kept calling him back literally crying and begging him to please help me out, not once did I raise my voice or act as UNPROFESSIONAL as he did.

I had to drive ALL THE WAY to PAHRUMP to exchange my earrings, at their location out there. Only because none of the other locations had my size either. When I went there the kid at that store was sooo nice and helpful, I got THREE pairs of plugs THAT FIT correctly because the guy out there actually knew how to size my ears! I exchanged the ones that did not fit. BUT SERIOUSLY I had to drive to PAHRUMP!??

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Their female owner called me a few days later and i told her what an asshole the manager at the Charleston location was. I told her this asswipe is gonna ruin your business. Hopefully they tossed him out.  I have tons of great ink/ work done by some of the best  local artists in Vegas, I get asked all the time where I get my work done. I appreciate good art, and respect tattoo artists/piercers . I  WILL  NEVER  in  MY  LIFE  suggest this place to ANYONE I KNoW.!!! NEVER in my life will I step foot in Precious Slut!
