  The doctor is more concerned with what he wants than what you want. I was not happy with my results and he just argued with me and said it looked good. I don't think he's very experienced in cosmetic procedures. He's a family doctor.

  Every experience here is awesome! An expert in his field, Dr. Gurvits is a skilled doctor, caring, tender and professional. He always takes good care of me, is honest, and very kind. The staff is fantastic. Even though I've moved to San Diego, I continue to drive here for care.

  So the spa itself is clean and pretty. The staff is very friendly.
  
  Staci Johnson is my nurse who did the treatments. She's great. I loved my sessions, we talked about everything and time passed quickly. She always makes sure your comfortable.
  
  The drawback is you're told there will be complete hair removal at the beginning, and I bought the 8 sessions to ensure that...(while having the "best" type of skin and hair follicle for the treatments) and i don't have complete hair removal. At the last 2 sessions I was told 90% removal or reduction is what is promised. Because of this I won't go back. I paid an arm and a leg for treatments under the impression I wouldn't have hair anymore. Annual maintenance is what i was told.
  
  That being said, the reduction of hair follicle and growth is significant.
