Staff immediately greets you when you walk in and they are very friendly. They don't make you feel stupid for asking questions and are very informative about the piercing you are getting. The owner, a gentleman, is very kind and knowledgable about his practice. Everything was very sterile and properly executed. I got my septum pierced and only had to pay $45 for the piercing, and that came with another hoop as well. With that I was also able to come in the next day for a hoop change for free. Another plus to this business is that they are open late and you are able to walk in without setting up an appointment(at least for piercings). I would definitely come back here whenever I decide on another piercing, or maybe even a tattoo.

I stopped in for a dermal anchor. Door to door probably took less than 10 minutes. The guy who did it was very professional, the facilities were clean, and he took the time to explain the aftercare process. I would definitely go back again. It healed great, only hurt while he was doing it, and then I could feel it for a few hours after. Within 2 days it looked and felt healed (I'm sure it actually took longer but no discomfort or redness after 2 days). Much better than my last experience with a dermal anchor at another facility that never quite healed properly and the jewel came off a few weeks after getting it done. Price might be on the higher end for a dermal anchor but you get what you pay for there. No complaints.
