  I was excited to get my first tattoo (October 2007) and had spoken to the owner a few times.  The place looked clean and his work looked good.  I had decided to get a tattoo on my foot.  We had agreed on a price.  
  
  I wanted to know everything that was going to happen.  He stated he would go over it once as an outline, put on a numbing gel and then go over it again.  
  
  What happened next was just plain awful.  I was a little ticklish and could not help but jerk a little.  He was less than professional and stopped half way through and told me to finish the tattoo that he would have to have $150 more to finish the tattoo only going over the outline once.  He said some nasty things to me such as "I know 16 year olds who can take more than you" and such.  The kicker was these little nasty comments which left me in tears.
  
  I decided just to have him finish it because I did not think I could go through with it again with another person and I just wanted it to be over.  It turned out looking good.  I will never go back here and never suggest it to anyone else.  There was a complete lack of professionalism that someone would expect as he touts 30 years of experience.
  
  He did call me back and said he was for his behavior about a week after the tattoo, but there is no excuse for how he treated me (and for changing the price half way through).
