I would not even consider going anywhere else for laser tattoo removal. Least of all an expensive dermatology center. My first laser session was at such a place and the experience was so bad that it took me a year to work up the nerve to try again. I am so glad I found Nick. I first met him at his old employer and have followed him to his new clinic.
I echo other reviewers about the pleasantness of the space--very inviting. Nick is very professional and knowledgeable and has made my experiences the best they can be. Perhaps most important is that the laser works. The prices are very fair for the quality of the work. Oh, and you can schedule online, which is something I wish everyone offered!

it's awful walking around with a crappy tattoo, but the idea of having a laser put to it is pretty frightening! that fear kept me holding on to a tattoo i've hated for almost a decade- until a friend recommended nick. im SO glad he did!
this clinic is very clean, modern and in a great location. the prices are very fair, and the level of care you receive is great!
nick is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and understanding. he also has lasered off many of his own tattoos, so he totally knows what you're going through. i always am given a bottle of water, ice packs, and many breaks between zaps to stay comfortable. plus, he's hilarious and fun to talk to, so the sessions are actually really enjoyable!

The atmosphere is relaxed, modern, clean, and inviting. Nick is super professional, knowledgable, experienced, and willing to answer any and all of your laser questions! The laser itself goes so much faster than at other clinics I've experienced, and I saw results immediately! Plus there's a "recovery room"; it's so nice to be able to relax and compose yourself in a private room after such a procedure.
I am so glad I started going to Renewal Laser to finish my removal. Â The facility is very professional, it feels almost like a holistic medical clinic with a carefully chosen artistic decor. You couldn't be in any better hands with than Nick Settich, he is knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares about your experience and after care. Nick is the BEST removal specialist in Minneapolis or St. Paul.
I first saw Nick at his former employer and we built a pleasant rapport.
I wanted to book with Nick again, but found out he no longer worked at XXX in NE Minneapolis, but rather had a brand new shop  all to himself in South Minneapolis. Renewal Laser Clinic, is clean, well decorated and My opinion it seems to be most sanitary conditions in the industry in the Twin Cities. I had a few consults in the Twin Cities before I decided to work with Nick.
Nick is EASY to talk to and setting up an appointment is simple. Prior to Nick having his own shop, I OFTEN had difficulty setting up an appointment (I think this is due to the unprofessional phone staff at the former shop).
Nick answers the phone and if not available he will get right back to you.
You will also receive an email confirmation.
I suggest you have a few consultations and then go meet Nick. You will never look back and only look forward to a fresh skin start.
Renewal Laser is the ONLY shop in Minneapolis or St. Paul that preform JUST removal of tattoos. This is Nick's specialty and I would recommend him to any and everyone that is looking for removal.
