Seemed nice on phone I scheduled an appointment and still ended up waiting all night for my tat. It needs work and was too afraid to tell jack fore fear of gettin an even more messed up looking tat signs poated all over stating not to make suggestions or comment on the work they perform and I wish iwouldve said something...
