  I have 3 animals tattoos in my body and decided to add 1 more near my chest. But its my girlfriend's name i wanted. Southside Tattoos will give you everything all you wanted for your tattoo. I never regret I choosed them because my girlsfriend so love her tattoo name in my chest. I owe Jose for having me this so wonderful tattoo in my body. More wonderful than the first 3 tattoos i have.

  Jose~Jose~Jose hands down!!!!! Love his work. Very creative and positive spirit. He's definitely the best by far. Won't let no one else Tat my precious skin ever again but Jose. He's always busy so make an appointment and once you're in his chair trust me he's gonna hook you up.

  Jose does the best work. I got my ex girlfriends name done in Nov 2004 by Jose free hand, which was marvelous. I have now entered a new promising relationship and me and my ex have no relationship what so ever so I have decided to finally go through with getting  it covered up. I told him my idea and he put the rest together. It came out way better than I imagined it.

  Jose is the business!!!  I was referred here by a friend  who had gotten work done by Jose.  Her's was very pretty and looked well done so I decided to check it out for myself.  I went to his shop (which is in the slauson swapmeet) but don't let the location deter you, it is definitely worth the drive!  First I called to ask if what I wanted was something he would be willing to do.  I had an existing tattoo I wanted more work done to and had asked other artist who were not wiling to work on existing tattoos.  After the phone conversation I made an appointment to meet with Jose.  I was greeted by the receptionist (I don't remember her name) and was asked to wait until Jose returned from lunch and invited to look at books and pictures of his work.  From the pictures I was impressed as a  lot of his work is done free hand.  Fast forward appointment set, and had to be rescheduled due to my work schedule, Jose was very cool about working with my schedule.  Once in the chair, Jose explained everything that he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable with his design.  Tattooing HURTS and this was no exception, but I was very comfortable and he gave me EXACTLY what I wanted.  He mixed his artistic skills with already existing tattoo and some printed pictures.  I got two beautiful pieces, exactly the way I wanted them for a fair price!
