I started getting tattooed by Eddy D in '95 - all freehand - and no one else has tattooed me since. They only problem for noobs is that he doesn't really take on new clients unless you have a current client set you up and it's a piece that will inspire him. If you get past that, his rate is $200.00 bucks an hour with a two hour minimum. Worth every penny.

Friendly and easy to work with he blasted on a Japanese mask that gets "oooooosssssss and aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh" every time I show it!
