First, I love supporting small businesses.  This is a cute spa, in a nice area.  Great to follow with shopping or what have you.  I love the ladies that work here.  It just feels like such a nice space to take a moment to relax in!

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Violet. It is a quaint little place, quiet, simply decorated and plays very restful music in the background. I was treated with great care from the moment I called in for my appointment, being called to confirm the appointment and then being greeted when I arrived. I was ushered into Gina's treatment room where I was shown where to put my purse, hang my clothes and given a dish for my jewelry. Gina explained what my treatment entailed which made me feel very informed and confident in what she was going to do. She gave me one of the best facials I have ever had. And I got a neck and shoulder massage in the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful place to anyone and in particular Gina.

Was so disappointed in this spa.  Bought a Groupon for 3 facials and was refused service because the woman who offered the Groupon was fired.  NO WHERE on the Groupon did it say that a specific person would do the facials!  They spoke very poorly of the person they fired on the phone with me and told me why she was fired...none of my business and not my concern.  They seem to have no worries about turning away clients or potential ones.  Do not waste your money.  Fortunately for me Groupon handled my refund with excellent customer service.  Spa Violet could learn a lesson or 2 from them.
