  in april 2009, i asked for long side bangs but instead she cut them way too short -a section right in front stuck straight out! so she decided to try and use a large barrel curling iron to get it to stay down but instead burned my forehead.THIS BITCH BURNT MY HEAD AND ACTED LIKED NOTHING HAPPENED. i yelped and people turned around so she must have known. i left and started to cry on my walk home. i had a horrible burn on my forehead for 2 weeks and i couldn't even cover it up with my hair because the front was so bad i had to wear it held back by a headband until it grew out enough to style. i will never ever be going back here and i would not suggest it to my worst enemy!!
