I got a good tattoo there but guy was a dick not very friendly at all

All I can say is Douglas Lamb should NOT be in the business ! I have been in the tattoo world for 23 years now and i know my shit I took my fiance in here to get his neck done he messed up so bad where to even start... his attitude is shit if you want an awkward tattoo he's got ya covered ! he messed up all the line work and pumped so much ink in after his body was rejecting it and to the point it healed like shit! and on top of the fact one side is higher on his next then the other come on dog seriously? just cause you can go to school doesn't mean you should hold a machine... half of the tattoo has blowout and you can't fix that! no matter who tries ! we went back in there and he said give me another hundred and i'll fix it this is after we had aid him 300!!! for a shitty tattoo I will be posting bad reviews to make sure he doesn't tattoo in portland ever again ! doug you fucked over the wrong people and blowout isn't common! don't believe him! marine ... ya sure! a true marine wouldn't fuck over another man! if you can't do the job or don't have time admit it Douglas cause even though another customer is waiting doesn't mean that you should rush through someone else's ink a tattoo is FOREVER!!!!!!! ya dip shit !

Anyway... I'm not going to try and dazzle you or sway you into making a definite decision on your tattoo shop, should you want to get some ink. Deciding on a tattoo artist is serious business, don't go into it with haste. EDUCATE YOURSELF on your artist and their work before making a decision, AND before you make an ass of yourself on a review site. Otherwise you look like an amateur.

But if you do want some ink, and you're in the suburbs, go to Tattoo 42.  I've had the pleasure of sitting for many hours in Doug's chair. And contrary to popular belief, you don't have to sleep with anyone here to have you skin statements made.  Tattoo 42 boasts a lot of talent within their shop, including a piercer who goes the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable and educated about your aftercare.

They're clean.
They're concise.
They hold NO pretense.

Overall, this is a group of hard working individuals who are living their dreams and doing what they love.  Go in for a consult, they love original ideas.... Trust me, my roommate and I are walking billboards of originality from this shop. Tell em' the leg lamp girls sent you. :]
